Whether it is light, medium, or dark brown, its easy-to-use 6 heating modes offer you control over the browning of your toasts. On top of that, it is extremely easy to clean and store. So, go ahead make your mornings perfect with perfect toasts.

USING KENT CRISP POP-UP TOASTER

• Remove any stickers that might prevent normal operations.
• Check the unit for damages. Do not use in case of any damages.
• Before switching on the appliance, make sure that your home’s main voltage corresponds to the unit’s operating voltage.
• Clean the parts of the KENT Crisp Pop-up Toaster before using (see ‘Cleaning & Maintenance’ section).
• Make sure all the parts are completely dry before you start using the appliance.

OPERATION

1. Place toaster in a flat, dry and stable surface.
2. Place bread or other toaster food into the slot, then press the lever down, and it remains down until the bread is toasted.
3. Plug in the toaster and adjust to the type of toasting according to your requirements with the regulator.
4. If you want to stop the toasting cycle, press the stop button. The bread will pop up and automatically switches off the heating elements.
5. If the breadsticks are in the toaster, unplug it, wait for it to cool down, and then remove the bread.

CLEANING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Let The Toaster Cool Completely Before Cleaning

1. Unplug the toaster from the electrical outlet.
2. Don’t use a coarse or abrasive cleaner or steel wool to clean the toaster. Never spray or apply cleaners directly to the toaster. Spray the cleaner/cleanser on a soft cloth and wipe the appliance to clean.
3. Wipe the outside of the toaster with a soft, damp cloth, and polish it with a soft and dry cloth.

USER INSTRUCTION

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions are mandatory to follow along with the below-mentioned instructions:

1. Don’t place any part of the toaster in water or any other liquid.
2. First, use a toaster for a few minutes without bread. There will be a little smoke but it is entirely normal.
3. Don’t touch the hot surface.
4. If the cord is damaged, to avoid hazards, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or by an authorized technical service.
5. Do not use it outdoors.
6. Keep toaster out of reach of children.
7. Use only pre-sliced bread.
8. Don’t insert oversize foods, metal foil packages, or metal utensils to avoid an electric shock.
9. Don’t use a toaster near a place that has curtains and decorative fabric etc. In this way, it is easy to catch fire.
10. Don’t place it on or near hot gas, electric burner or heated oven.
11. Don’t operate it in the presence of explosive or flammable fumes.
12. When the toaster is plugged in, please don’t move the food.
13. Don’t clean with metal scouring pads. As the pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts involving a risk of electrical shock.
14. Make sure to turn off the power supply, when it is cool, hold on and remove the crumb plate.
15. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above. This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety, the children should be supervised to ensure that they don’t play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children who are less than 8 years old.
16. When the appliance works, the superficial temperature gets very high.
17. The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Warning:
If toasts are of small size i.e. less than 85mm, you must pay attention to the potential risk of burning when taking out the bread slice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

KENT warrants all products manufactured or sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and services from the date of purchase as under:

1. The Warranty period commences from the Date of Purchase by the first end-user. During this Warranty period of one year, KENT or its Authorised Service Partner (ASP) will replace or repair any part of the product that in the opinion of KENT or its ASP, would be defective in operation due to faulty material or workmanship (i.e. manufacturing defects).
2. The product% plastic/glass body is not covered under warranty and hence, it must be handled with care to guard against breakage.
3. The original purchaser of the unit can avail services under Warranty at the point of sale, by producing the damaged part(s) along with the original invoice.
4. This Warranty is void if the unit is not operated under normal conditions defined in the manual.
5. Product returned to KENT or its ASP for Warranty examination must be shipped freight prepaid.
6. KENT or its ASP shall not be held liable for claims exceeding the cost of repair of the defects in workmanship.
7. This Warranty Agreement shall not be interpreted to render KENT or its ASP liable for injuries or damages of any kind-direct, consequential or contingent to persons or property.
8. KENT or its ASP shall not be held responsible by representative or buyer for failure to abide by any of the obligations of this Warranty Agreement if such failures are the result of circumstances of Forces Majeures: such as, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, transportation strikes, labor disputes with outside suppliers or any other conditions beyond the control of KENT or its ASP
9. KENT or its ASP shall not be held liable for repair or alterations made without prior written approval.
10. This Warranty Agreement excludes all products/component parts or damage to any part which, in the opinion of KENT or its ASP, have been subjected to misuse; misapplication; negligence; alteration; accident or operation contrary to our instructions. Damage caused by freezing, flood, fire, or Act of God is not covered by this Warranty. In all such cases, regular charges will apply. This Limited Warranty does not include service to diagnose a claimed malfunction in this unit.
11. KENT reserves the right to alter or improve design and specifications at any time, without any contingent obligations to prospective buyers or owners of the products previously sold.
12. Any disagreements and obligations based upon the purchase of KENT products and thereby imposed on KENT or its ASP shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of INDIA and subjects to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
13. KENT or its ASP assumes no Warranty liability in connection with this product other than that specified herein. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. KENT or its ASP does not authorize any person or representative to assume for them any other obligations on the sale of this product.
14. Under no circumstances, the liability of KENT or its ASP shall exceed the value of the product.
15. Under no circumstances are the terms mentioned above negotiable and no employee of KENT or its ASP has the authority to supersede them.
