HOW TO USE
INFLATING
- Fold out the sleeping mat and open the valve 3-5 millimetres.
- Wait until the sleeping mat has inflated and then close the valve.
NOTE: The first time the sleeping mat is used, you are recommended to inflate it manually with several breaths before closing the valve.
Adjusting inflation
- In order to make the product firmer, open the valve, blow in air and then close the valve.
- In order to make the sleeping mat softer, open the valve, press out air and then close the valve.
NOTE: Do not overinflate as this can damage the sleeping mat.
EMPTYING
- Open the valve.
- Roll up the sleeping mat from the head end, continually pressing the roll together with your knees. Once you have rolled it up as far as the foot end, where the valve is located, wait until all the air has flowed out and then close the valve.
- If some of the air has not been pressed out, leave the valve closed, unroll the sleeping mat again and roll it up from the head end down to the foot end, where the valve is located. Then open the valve and release all the air. Close the valve, tie the elastic straps around the sleeping mat and insert the sleeping mat into the long storage bag.
- If the short storage bag is to be used, fold the sleeping mat in the middle, roll it up from the head end to the foot end, open the valve and release the air. Close the valve, tie the elastic straps around the sleeping mat and insert the sleeping mat into the short storage bag.
NOTE: Step three or four may need to be repeated two or three times before the sleeping mat can be inserted into the chosen storage bag.
