Introduction to Android 11

Android 11 is the latest official version of Android. With r regard to aesthetics and functionality, it’s similar to Google’s Nougat operating system, but with new features that optimize your device even more.
These features may vary depending on the device you’re using.
The details of the main new features of the latest version are listed below: Settings
The Settings menu comes with the options newly rearranged and regrouped, with an Advanced Options section that contains the least used options of the group in a drop-down menu.Shenzhen-shengwo-Technology-

Note: If you prefer, you can search for the options you don’t know how to find by pressing the search bar 0. and typing the name in. The path will appear at the bottom.

Network and internet
From this menu, you can access the following settings: Wi-Fi, Mobile network, Data usage, Wi-Fi hotspot/ Tethering, VPN and Aeroplane mode.

Connected devices
This option contains the settings for Bluetooth, Send screen, NFC, Android Beam, Printing and USB.

Apps and notifications
Settings relating to notifications and apps permissions.

Battery
The battery control options can be accessed via this menu.
The main options include a graph showing the battery percentage remaining in real time, and other information, such as the date and time that it was last fully charged.
By pressing the  battery icon, we will access a more detailed consumption graph and by pressing the icon : we can access the Battery Optimization or choose between Show full
device usage or Show use of apps to control the consumption of the battery more specifically.Shenzhen-shengwo-Technology-

Android 11 minimizes background activity to reduce the battery consumption. For example, if an app requires your location, it will receive the last one recorded instead of activating the GPS. It also prioritizes foreground processes so that apps are launched much faster.

Display
This option does not contain any new sections, only a few additional settings under Night light.
The night light was one of the most distinctive features of Nougat. With this feature, the screen acquires an orange tone to reduce the blue light emitted and allow the eyes to rest. This transition occurs much more gradually in Android  As with Nougat, it allows you to schedule the activation time but it also has the additional feature of allowing the color intensity to be adjusted.

Sound
Here you can access the settings relating to the device volume preferences, simply reorganized in a different way.

Storage
Two new ways to manage storage have been added to this section:Shenzhen-

  1. 1. A Storage manager which enables us to quickly and conveniently free up space provides access to the list of programs by categories, showing both the space being occupied and their corresponding files, so that the files can be selected and deleted effectively.
  2. 2. Using the Free up button, we can access the device’s memory and multimedia content backups, and delete the most recent documents.
  3. 3. The option to erase cache data generally has been removed in Android 11 and it can now be done individually within the apps of our choice, at any time.

Security and Location
The security options for new operating system are grouped into this section.

  • At the top are the options relating to the General security status:Shenzhen-shengwo-Technology-Android-11-Smartphone-4

  • Security update: This section shows the latest security patches that have been installed. We can press on it to see if a new version is available.

As with previous versions of Android, the Screen lock, Fingerprint (on devices with this function) Location and SIM card lock options for configuring our privacy and device security are maintained.

From here, you can share this device with other people by creating more users, selecting the email accounts that you want to sync and adding any emergency information as appropriate. This information was previously separated in Nougat.
