Once you have finished recharging, disconnect the Charging Case from the power supply.
Charging the earbuds: the Charging Case has an internal battery that allows the earbuds to be charged without being plugged into a mains charger, so the Charging Case battery must be charged. Insert the earbuds into the corresponding docks and close the Charging Case flap; charging will begin automatically. The LEDs will turn on with a steady red light. When charging is complete, the LEDs will turn off.
RESET: if the device does not work properly, it is possible to carry out a reset to restore factory settings:

  • Delete the pairing with the earbuds from the phone, and turn off the Bluetooth® of the phone.
  • Turn off the earbuds: take the earbuds out of the Charging Case and hold down the multifunction button until the LED flashes red.
  • Hold down the multifunction button for about 8 seconds. The LEDs will flash in the colour sequence blue, red/blue, 3 times purple and then will turn off.
