Statement 41—Ramp Warning
Do not use a ramp inclined at more than 10 degrees.
Statement 53—Voltage Warning
A voltage mismatch can cause equipment damage and may pose a fire hazard. If
the voltage indicated on the label is different from the power outlet voltage,
do not connect the chassis to that receptacle.
Statement 164—Two (Webex Board 55) / Three (Webex Board 75) Person Lifting
Requirement
Two (Webex Board 55) / Three (Webex Board 75) people are required to lift the
chassis. To prevent injury, keep your back straight, and lift with your legs,
not your back.
Statement 191—VCCI Class A Warning for Japan
This is a Class A product based on the standard of the VCCI Council. If this
equipment is used in a domestic environment, radio interference may occur, in
which case, the user may be required to take corrective actions.
Statement 199—Emergency Access
This equipment is not designed for making emergency telephony calls when the
power fails. Alternative arrangements should be made for access to emergency
services. Access to emergency services can be affected by any call-barring
function of this equipment.
Statement 256—Class A Warning for Hungary
This equipment is a class A product and should be used and installed properly
according to the Hungarian EMC Class A requirements (MSZEN55022). Class A
equipment is designed for typical commercial establishments for which special
conditions of installation and protection distance are used.
Statement 257—Class A Notice for Taiwan and Other Traditional Chinese
Markets
This is a Class A Information Product, when used in a residential environment,
it may cause radio frequency interference, under such circumstances, the user
may be requested to take appropriate countermeasures.
Statement 283— Declaration of Conformity to Radio Equipment Directive
2014/53/EU (RED) for European Community, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and
Switzerland
This equipment is in compliance with the essential requirements and other
relevant provisions of Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU.
Statement 294—Class A Warning for Korea
This is a Class A Device and is registered for EMC requirements for industrial
use. The seller or buyer should be aware of this. If this type was sold or
purchased by mistake, it should be replaced with a residential-use type.
Statement 340—Class A Warning for CISPR22
This is a class A product. In a domestic environment, this product may cause
radio interference in which case the user may be required to take adequate
measures.
Statement 371—Power Cable and AC Adapter
When installing the product, please use the provided or designated connection
cables/power cables/AC adaptors/batteries. Using any other cables/adaptors
could cause a malfunction or a fire. Electrical
Appliance and Material Safety Law prohibits the use of UL-certified cables
(that have the “UL” or “CSA” shown on the cord), not regulated with the
subject law by showing “PSE” on the cord, for any other electrical devices
than products designated by CISCO.
Statement 372—Wireless LAN Products (Japan)
All wireless LAN products in the 5.2/5.3GHz band cannot be used outdoors. Use
the product only indoors.
Statement 378—Read Wall-Mounting Instructions
Before Installation Read the wall-mounting instructions carefully before
beginning installation. Failure to use the correct hardware or to follow the
correct procedures could result in a hazardous situation for people and damage
to the system.
Statement 391—Low-Power Radio Data Communications Systems (ARIB-STD)
This equipment shares a frequency band with a wide range of equipment: e.g.
industrial, scientific, and medical equipment such as microwave ovens, a
premises radio station (radio stations requiring licenses), and specified
low-power radio stations (radio stations not requiring licenses) for RFID used
for factory production lines as well as amateur radio stations (radio stations
requiring licenses).
- Before use, confirm that no premises radio stations and specified low-power radio stations for RFID or amateur radio stations operate in your vicinity.
- In the event that this equipment causes harmful interference to any premises radio station for RFID, immediately change frequencies or halt radio wave emission and contact us at the information indicated below for consultation on interference avoidance measures (e.g. partition installation).

Statement 416—Do Not Use Product If Damaged
To avoid or reduce the risk of personal injury, do not use the product if the
product has been exposed to irregular environmental conditions, if the product
has been misused or if parts of the product have been damaged. Consult
qualified service personnel. Never try to service the product yourself.
Statement 417—Location of Power Cord
To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or personal injury, do not place
power cables in areas where they may be walked on or damaged by items placed
upon or against them.
Statement 418—Not For Special Environments
This product is intended for use in a normal environment based on the standard
IEC 60950-1. Do not use the product in vehicles, on board ships, in aircraft,
or in medical applications with physical connection to the patient, nor in
environments with exposure to moisture, dust, vibration, or ingress of water.
Statement 1001—Stability Precautions
To prevent personal injury, never place the product in an unstable location.
Always use the stands or mounting brackets that are shipped with the product.
Educate children about the dangers of climbing onto the stands.
Statement 1004—Installation Instructions
Read the installation instructions before connecting the system to the power
source.
Statement 1007—TN and IT Power Systems
This equipment has been designed for connection to TN and IT power systems.
Statement 1019—Main Disconnecting Device
The plug-socket combination must be accessible at all times because it serves
as the main disconnecting device.
Statement 1021—SELV Circuit
To avoid electric shock, do not connect safety extra-low voltage (SELV)
circuits to telephone network voltage (TNV) circuits. LAN ports contain SELV
circuits, and WAN ports contain TNV circuits. Some LAN and WAN ports both use
RJ-45 connectors. Use caution when connecting cables.
Statement 1024—Ground Conductor
This equipment must be grounded. Never defeat the ground conductor or operate
the equipment in the absence of a suitably installed ground conductor. Contact
the appropriate electrical inspection authority or an electrician if you are
uncertain that suitable grounding is available.

Do not use this product near water; for example, near a bathtub, washbowl,
kitchen sink, or laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool.

Ultimate disposal of this product should be handled according to all national
laws and regulations.
Statement 1045—Short-circuit Protection
This product requires short-circuit (overcurrent) protection to be provided as
part of the building installation. Install only in accordance with national
and local wiring regulations.
Statement 1047—Overheating Prevention
To prevent the system from overheating, do not operate it in an area that
exceeds the maximum recommended ambient temperature of 35° Centigrade The

Statement 1074—Comply with Local and National Electrical Codes
Installation of the equipment must comply with local and national electrical
codes.
Statement 1076—Clearance Around the Ventilation Openings
To prevent airflow restriction, allow clearance around the ventilation
openings to be at least: 10cm The statement applies to RCSI-0284
Statement 1088—Avoid Servicing Outdoor Connections During an Electrical
Storm
Avoid using or servicing any equipment that has outdoor connections during an
electrical storm. There may be a risk of electric shock from lightning.
2017—Class A Notice for FCC
Modifying the equipment without Cisco’s authorization may result in the
equipment no longer complying with FCC requirements for Class A digital
devices. In that event, your right to use the equipment may be limited by FCC
regulations, and you may be required to correct any interference to radio or
television communications at your own expense.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when
the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment
generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case users
will be required to correct the interference at their own expense.
Statement 2020—Class A Warning Notice
This is a Class A product. In a domestic environment, this product may cause
radio interference in which case the user may be required to take adequate

This Class A digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
Statement 4008—Devices Operating in the 5150–5250 MHz Band
The band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor usage to reduce the potential for
harmful interference to cochannel mobile satellite systems.
Statement 4009—Devices Operating in the 5 GHz DFS Bands
Caution: high-power radars are allocated as primary users (meaning they have
priority) of the bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz and these radars could
cause interference and/or damage to LELAN devices.
Statement 4023—Product Usage Restrictions
This product is designed for indoor usage only. Outdoor usage is not
recommended unless otherwise noted.
