SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully read the instruction manual in full prior to using the appliance and store the manual in a safe place for future reference.

Only use this appliance for the intended uses described in this user manual, i.e. cleaning wet and flat surfaces such as windows, mirrors and tiles. Do not use it for sucking up dust and other contaminants. Do not use on rough surfaces such as wood or surfaces with sharp edges, as these will damage the rubber.

This appliance is only suitable for household use.

The appliance is not suitable for absorbing large quantities of moisture from horizontal surfaces, such as a tipped over glass of water (max. 150 ml).

Only use the appliance in combination with the usual agents for cleaning windows (no alcohol or foaming cleaning agents).

Never suck up combustible, burning or smoking materials.
-
Do not insert objects in the ventilation openings of the appliance.
-
The appliance may be used by children from the age of eight and above and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capacities or lack of experience or knowledge, provided they use the appliance under supervision or have been instructed about its safe use and understand the hazards involved.

Children must not play with the appliance.

The appliance may not be cleaned or maintained by children younger than 8 years of age, unless this is done under supervision.

Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children younger than 8 years of age.

Do not use the spray bottle to spray in the eyes.

Do not spray directly on electrical appliances, such as the inside of an oven.

Test the microfibre cloth on a location that is not visible, before using the appliance on delicate (glossy) surfaces.

This appliance is intended for household and similar use, such as:
- in staff kitchens, in shops, offices and other work environments;
- by guests of hotels, motels and other residential environments;
- in Bed&Breakfast type environments;
- farms.

Caution: the appliance may not be charged by means of an external timer or a separate remote control.

Remove the charger from the appliance during storage.
Do not keep the charger connected during storage. -
Only connect the appliance to alternate current, to an earthed wall socket, with a mains voltage that corresponds with the information provided on the information plate of the appliance.

Do not use the appliance when the plug, cord or appliance is damaged, or if the appliance is no longer working adequately or after it has fallen or become damaged in any other way. In that case, consult the shop or our customer service.

Strict supervision is required when using the appliance near children.

If the appliance is not being used or if parts or accessories must be assembled or disassembled, or when cleaning the appliance, fully switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the socket.

Do not leave the appliance unsupervised when it is working.

Never place the appliance near appliances that give off heat, such as ovens, gas cookers, hotplates, etc.

Only use the original charger provided with the appliance.
The technical details can be found on the information plate of the appliance. -
When the appliance is being charged, it should be in the off position.

Do not charge the battery at temperatures above 40 °C or below 5 °C.

Do not charge a defective battery.

When the appliance is being used for other purposes than intended, or if the instructions in the manual are not observed, no compensation claims can be submitted in case of possible defects or accidents and the warranty also expires.

Never submerge the appliance, charger, cord or plug in water.
-
Make sure children cannot touch the cord or the appliance.
-
Do not allow the cord to hang across sharp edges, hot parts or other heat sources.

Do not pull the cord and/or appliance to remove the plug from the wall socket. Never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.

If you decide not to use the appliance any longer, due to a defect, we recommend cutting off the cord of the changer after removing the charger from the wall socket, removing the battery from the appliance, and disposing of the battery, charger, cord and appliance at the collection points intended for that purpose.
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Before using the glass cleaner for the first time, proceed as follows: carefully unpack the glass cleaner and all accessories and remove all packaging material and any promotional stickers. Keep the packaging (plastic bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. After unpacking the appliance, carefully check it for external damage that may have occurred during transport. Always place the glass cleaner upright on a sturdy, dry and flat surface.

ASSEMBLY
Attach the squeegee attachment to the basis of the glass cleaner and make sure
you can hear it click.
Unscrew
the spray head 2 from the spray bottle 1. Place the holder for the microfibre
cloth over the spray head 3.
Click the coupling piece 4 on the holder via the bottom side of the spray
head, so that the spray head is clamped between the holder and the coupling
piece.4 Attach the microfibre cloth 1 to the holder 2 and fasten it using the
velcro.
Put some cleaning agent 1 in the bottle 2 and make up with water 3. Place the
spray head with wiper 4 on the bottle
and screw tight 5.
CHARGING THE GLASS CLEANER
Plug
the charger 1 in a socket and plug the cord in the connection point 2 of the
basis of the glass cleaner.
Ins truction: the indicator led flashes during charging. Once the appliance
has been fully charged, the indicator led lights up continuously.
Always remove the charger from the socket once the appliance is charged.
USING THE GLASS CLEANER
Use 1 the spray bottle to spray cleaning agent evenly on the surface to be
cleaned 2. Use the microfibre cloth 3 to loosen sticky grime.
If necessary, wet the microfibre cloth under the tap.
Press
the on/off button ( ) to switch on the glass cleaner. The indicator led
switches on. Caution: make sure the rubbers of the squeegee are clean before
you start.
Move the glass cleaner from the top down to absorb cleaning agent and wipe
your windows clean without any streaks. Instruction: difficult to reach spots
can be cleaned vertically or horizontally (to a limited extent).
Instruction: When the battery is almost empty, the indicator led starts to
flash slowly. After some time, the appliance
switches off completely when the battery is empty. Charge the battery.
Press the on/off button ( ) to switch off the glass cleaner. Always switch off
the appliance when spraying a surface
to extend the usage time of the battery.
Cleaning windows, mirrors or tiles is also possible without using the spray
bottle. Clean your windows in the usual way and use the glass cleaner to
absorb the cleaning agent and clean your windows without leaving any streaks.
EMPTYING THE COLLECTION RESERVOIR
Empty the collection reservoir once the amount of dirty water has reached the maximum indication. Switch off
the appliance. Open the lip 1 and allow the collection reservoir to empty.
Once the collection reservoir is empty, press the lip closed again.
AFTER USE
Press the on/off button ( ) to switch off the glass cleaner.

glass cleaner contains electrical components. Do not clean the appliance
itself under the tap. Press push button 1 to release the squeegee attachment
2.
The squeegee attachment can be cleaned under the tap.
- Remove the microfibre cloth from the holder and rinse it under the tap. The microfibre cloth can be washed in the washing machine at 30 ᵒC. Do not use a fabric softener.
- The basis of the glass cleaner may be wiped with a damp cloth.
13 Empty and clean the collection reservoir after using it a couple of times.
Press down the lip 1 of the collection reservoir
and remove the reservoir 2 from the basis.
14 Open the collection reservoir by pulling the upper and lower halves away
from each other. Carefully remove the internal
component from the lower half of the reservoir. Now clean the inside of the
reservoir under the tap or by means of a damp cloth. (Caution: The components
of the glass cleaner should NOT be washed in the dishwasher!)
15 Place the internal component back in the lower half of the reservoir. Click
both halves of the reservoir together and place the reservoir 2 back in the
basis. Check that the lip 1 clicks and is fastened.
- Allow all components to dry properly before reassembling the appliance.
- Charge the battery so that the appliance is ready for its next use. After charging, remove the charger from the socket.
- Store the appliance upright in a dry room.

power, e.g. due to a blocked ventilation opening or when the collection
reservoir is placed incorrectly).
REPLACING PARTS
The rubber of the squeegee has a limited life span and we recommend replacing
it when it is damaged. The rubber and other components are available via
Tomado.
Slide the old rubber out of the slot and carefully slide the new rubber into
the slot of the squeegee. Do not use too much force and do not pull the
rubber.
If placing the new rubber poses problems, you can loosen the screws at the
back of the squeegee attachment. Remove
the cover and place the rubber in the slot. Place back the cover and fasten it
again with the screws.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The appliance cannot be switched on
See what the indicator led indicates
- The indicator led does not light up or flashes slowly: Charge the battery.
- The indicator led flashes quickly after overload. The appliance no longer works. Contact your supplier or our customer service
Streaks are left behind when cleaning
- Clean the rubber.
- Turn around the rubber by removing it and placing it back the other way around. Wet it with water or soap to make this process easier.
- If necessary, replace the rubber when both sides are worn.
- Adapt the dosing of the cleaning agent.
There is water leaking from the ventilation openings
- Empty the collection reservoir (max. 150 ml collection capacity).

RECYCLING THE BATTERY
This appliance has a built-in battery; remove the battery before disposing of the appliance. Proceed as follows to remove the battery:

First loosen the two screws in the basis 1.

Loosen the eight screws around the handle 2. Open the appliance and pull out the battery 3.

Cut through the wires 4 of the battery and bring the battery to a collection point for batteries. Caution: do not touch contact points or wiring. Risk of short circuit!
Caution: do not expose the battery to direct sunlight, heat or fire. Hazard of explosion!
Caution: Hazard! Risk of personal injury due to short circuit, burns due to a chemical reaction or through the release of hazardous vapours.- Do not disassemble the battery pack.
- The appliance may only be opened in order to remove the battery.
- Remove the battery and take it to a collection point at the shop or at the waste processing department of your municipality
RECYCLING
This symbol means that this product should not be disposed of with regular
household waste
(2012/19/EU). Observe the applicable rules in your country for the separated
collection of electric and electronic products. By disposing of the product
correctly, you prevent negative consequences for the environment and for
public health. The packaging material of this product can be recycled 100%,
return packaging material separately.
