Operation instruction

Preparation
Please check whether the battery has run out. If the battery is too low, which leads to failure to boot please charge the product before use. After the product is fully charged, make sure to remove the power adapter to avoid long- time charging which reduces product life
Charging

1. When the battery is low, the massager will prompt “Please charge if the battery is low.” Please adjust the product to the proper angle, expose the charging interface and insert the USB cable.
2. During charging, the red indicator light is on. After fully charged, the green indicator light is on.
3. During the charging process, the product doesn’t support starting to. (the product initiates a self-protection procedure to stop working automatically when it’s charged).
4. The massager adopts a built-in chargeable battery with a charging time of 3-5 hours.
5. During usage, if the voice prompts a low battery alarm, please stop use and reuse after a full charge.

Usage time
The default working time is 15 minutes. To prolong usage time, reboot the massager.

How to use

1. Long press for two seconds to turn on the massager with the voice prompts “HI, SKG”. Short press to switch modes.
   The product has five modes:
   Active mode: air pressure + vibration + hot compress + music
   Soothing mode: air pressure + hot compress + music
   Eye care mode: air pressure + vibration + music Sleep mode: hot compress + music
   Relaxation mode: air pressure + music
   After 15 minutes of working the massager will turn off with the voice prompts “Thanks for using, goodbye” .

2. The default volume for booting is level 3. Short press to switch to 3–4–5–off–1–2–3… so on and so forth.

3. By default, the music and the Bluetooth are on when booting. The music is on and the Bluetooth is on by default when booting. Short press to switch music. Long press to pause the music.

4. The Bluetooth name of the eye massager is “SKG-E3-EN”. For first-time use, please connect the audio equipment with Bluetooth. Afterward, Bluetooth will be matched automatically when the audio equipment is on. When the Bluetooth is connected, the voice prompts “Bluetooth is connected”. When the Bluetooth is disconnected, the voice prompts “Bluetooth is disconnected” .

5. Before wearing, please remove the contact lenses and hairpins and adjust elastic bands to the most comfortable position.

Daily maintenance

• Use clean water and a wet cloth to wipe the dirty surface. Don’t use alcohol and other volatile liquid to wipe. The product cannot be dissembled and put in water for washing.
• For long-term idleness, cover the product to avoid dust.
• During the cleaning process, prevent water or other liquids from entering the machine and avoid short circuits.

• Don’t use the product after wearing make-ups as the product may mess up your make-up and cosmetics may pollute the product surface. In case the product surface is polluted, wipe it with clean water.

Warning

• Don’t use the eye massager during driving.
• Don. t use the eye massager at places subject to excessively high temperature or excessive humidity.
• Don’t use the product if you are a patient suffering from stroke, high blood pressure, and low blood pressure.
• Don’t use the product if you have eye symptoms such as glaucoma, cataract, emotion retinae, pinkeye.
• Avoid using the eye massager after drinking.
• Patients who had eye surgery and heart disease are not allowed to use the product.
• Make sure you are not wearing contact lenses and have all hairpins and accessories removed.
• The product is personal care massage product and cannot replace medicines and medical devices.
• Children, pregnant women, women in the menstrual period are not allowed to use eye massagers.
• As the product contains a lithium battery, don’t place it in a high-temperature environment.
• Users subject to sensitive skins, facial allergic dermatitis, plastic materials in faces are advised to use the product under the guidance of doctors.
• The product can be heated. Users who are not sensitive to heat should be careful when using it.
• Immediately stop using the product in case of discomfort during usage.
• Don’t massage parts other than your eyes with the product.
• Don’t disassemble the product without authorization.
