Using your charging pad
-
Connect the charging cable to your charging pad.
-
Plug the other end of the cable into a USB port on a computer or into a power adapter.
Choosing the right USB power adapter:
• A QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 charger is required to obtain the full 10 W of wireless charging performance.
• A minimum of a 5 V/2 A (10 Watt) USB charger or powered USB port is required to obtain 5 W of wireless charging performance.
• Using low-power USB ports (with less than 5 V/2 A of power output) could cause poor performance or cause the wireless charger not to operate at all.
-
Place your Qi-enabled device on the center of your charging pad with the screen facing up. The LED is blue/purple when your device is charging.
Note: If the LED is red, your device is not charging.
See “TROUBLESHOOTING” for more information.
Troubleshooting
Device not charging/LED is red
- Make sure that your device is Qi-enabled.
- Make sure that your charging pad is connected to a working USB port.
- Make sure that your powered USB port meets the minimum power requirements.
- Make sure that your device is positioned correctly on your charging pad.
- Make sure that there are no other objects on the charging pad.
- Remove your device’s case. It may be blocking the wireless signal.
Device charges slowly
- Your device may charge more slowly with the charging pad than a charging cable. This is normal behavior.
- Make sure that your device is positioned in the center of your charging pad.
