Connecting the adapter
- Connect an Ethernet cable (not included) to your router.
- Connect the other end of the cable into the adapter.
- Connect the adapter to a USB Type-C port on your computer.
Troubleshooting
My computer does not detect the adapter.
- Make sure that all of the cables are connected securely and correctly
- Make sure that the cables are not damaged
- Try connecting to another USB Type-C port
