Safety Instructions

When using this product for the first time, it may cause discomfort of hand and eye inconsistency. Improper operation may cause ear pain. Stop for a short rest and
operate again after obtaining skilled operation.

Warning

1. In case that the ear canal has ceruminal impaction during use of this product, please be careful for picking ears, and it is recommended to go to the hospital for
   professional treatment.

2. Patients with ear canal inflammation can view via the visual function of this product, but avoid using the ear picking function of this product to avoid harm.

3. This product is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery, please do not throw it into fire, or charge, use or leave it in a high temperature place.

4. Do not knock or drop the product. In case of product damage due to collision or falling, please stop use.

5. Do not modify, disassemble or repair this product by  yourself.

  Attention

1. Prior to use of this product, please check whether there are any obvious damages. Do not use in case of damage or severe dropping of the machine and deformation of structure.
2. Prior to connection of power supply, please check whether the local power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage marked on this product.
3. Do not use in case of any damage to the charging port or charging cable.
4. Confirm that the charging cable and charginginterface are completely dry before connecting power supply. Do not use this product when taking a bath.

Tips

1. Do not directly use ear pick heads that were used by others.
2. Those without full civil capacity or lack relevant experience and knowledge (including young children) must use, clean and maintain this product under the supervision and guidance of guardian.

Use

1. Scan the following QR code to download APP or search Xiao-E from Google Play and APP Store to download APP.

2. Press the power button to turn on the visual ear scoop, the indicator light flashes blue, and replace the ear scoop as needed.

3. Open the “Xiao E” APP on the desktop and click the “I am Classmate Xiao E” button to enter WIFI connection guide interface. For Android users, click the blue button to enter the mobile WIFI setting interface. For Apple users, exit the APP and go to mobile setting interface and click WIFI option to enter WIFI connection interface.

4. Find the hotspot beginning with Enjoy in the WIFI list. After you click the link successfully, the blue indicator light is always on, and you will see the connection information when you return to the APP interface. Click the “Il am Classmate Xiao E” button to enter the video interface to start ear picking.

Product Cleaning

1. During ear picking, ear scraps will fly to the surface of camera lens and affect viewing effect. The user can blow or use a cotton swab to remove them.
2. Do not put the product in water for cleaning.

Environmental Protection

When the intelligent visual ear pick reaches the end of service life, the internal battery may be required to be removed and recycled and disposed in a proper manner
according to the laws and regulations of the country or region. If the user cannot remove the battery, please deliver the product to the recycling center designated by
government.

Use Tips

Q 1: It will prompt of obtaining location permission and storage space when opening “E-Enjoy Ear Cleaning” APP. What’s all this about?
A: The location permission serves only to make it easier for the user to connect to WIFI device in a more quickly manner, and will not obtain your personal privacy information. Storage permission is used to facilitate saving and sharing of your video and images, which needs to obtain your SD card status information.

Q 2: It always prompts -Enjtoy-xxxx can’t connect the internet, whether it is allowed to switch to available network” when the phone is connected to the product. What is the situation, and can it be switched?
A: Enjtoy-xxxx WIFI is specifically used to connect to mobile phone without Internet access function. When this prompt appears, select “Not allowed”. If you select “Allow”, the phone will cut off the connection with the product and then connect to WIFI network of your home. The product can no longer be used when it is disconnected from mobile.

Q 3: How to install and remove ear pick correctly?
A: There are two types of ear pick head specifications, large and small, available for selection according to specific needs. The ear pick and the main unit adopt threaded fixed structure. When installing, align the thread position of the ear pick with the thread position of the main unit lens and rotate clockwise. Note: Start ear picking after confirming that the ear pick heads fix tightly.

Q 4: Will it give prompts when the battery is low? How to prompt?
A: The blue indicator light flashes quickly.

Q 5: What is the status during charging?
A: When the product is plugged into charging cable for charging, the product light ring will light steady blue, and the light ring is off when fully charged.

Q 6: What is the reason for connection failure and how to solve it?
A: If it prompts connection failure when connecting, it indicates that the visual ear pick is connected to another connected mobile phone. Tum off and on the visual ear pick to connect again.

Recharge Regularly

1. The indicator light flashes fast, which indicates low battery. Please charge in time. The indicator light will light steady red when charging, and the light will be off when the battery is fully charged. It will take about 1 hour to fully charge.
2. Please charge the ear pick regularly in case of no use for a long time.

Attention

The original charging cable is the exclusive charging cable for E-Enjoy, which does not support fast charging for other devices and does not support data transmission.
