SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a  safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual. In case of damage caused by the user failing to follow the instructions in this manual, the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, negligent use, or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

  1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  2. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
  4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  6. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
  7. Warning: Potential risk of injuries from misuse. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.
  8. Before inserting the plug into the main socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.
  9. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
  10. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
  11. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is a danger to life due to electric shock!
  12. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.
  13. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into the water. Remove the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to an authorized service center for repair.
  14. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
  15. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
  16. Children are unable to recognize the hazards associated with incorrect handling of electrical appliances. Therefore, children should never use electric household appliances unsupervised.
  17. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
  18. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
  19. Do not use the appliance other than intended use.
  20. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters or dough hooks, to reduce the risk of injury to the person and/or damage to the hand mixer.
  21. Never fit accessories with different functions at the same time (dough hooks and beaters etc.)
  22. Remove accessories from the hand mixer before washing.
  23. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
  24. Do not wind the power cord around the appliance during storage. This could cause damage to the cord and lead to the danger of short circuits, electric shocks, or fire.
  25. The blades are sharp. Take great care when handling the blades.
  26. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which come in contact with food, operating times, and the use of accessories, please refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

Note: You can press the speed button to adjust the speed. The more force you press on the button, the higher speed you will get for mixing.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Carefully unpack your hand mixer set and remove all packaging material.
  2. Clean the various accessories of your appliance in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use.

USE

Chopping

  1. Attach the blade onto the blade support in the jar and pour in the food to be chopped. You can chop meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, almonds, prunes, etc..
  2. Fix the chopper cover on the chopper bowl; place the motor unit onto the chopper cover by opening the cover of the mounting hole. Rotate the motor unit to fix it completely. ATTENTION: make sure the motor unit is fixed to the bottom of the connector on the chopper cover.
  3. Plugin. Press and hold the speed button to start working. During operation, hold the motor unit with one hand and use the other to hold the chopper bowl.
  4. After use, unplug the appliance and take the motor unit from the chopper. Open the cover and take out the blade carefully. Caution: Blade is every sharp, handle with care.
  5. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
    Caution: For food like meat (quantity should be under 350g), do not operate the appliance for more than 30 seconds each time. For food like vegetables and fruit (do not exceed the “max” level on the bowl), do not operate the appliance for more than 60 seconds each time.

Mixing and kneading

  1. Insert beaters or dough hooks into the left and right opening on the bottom of the motor unit. Make sure they are locked into position.
  2. Plugin the appliance.
  3. Place the ingredients in an appropriate container. Position the beaters or dough hooks into the container and then press and hold the speed button. The appliance will start working.
  4. After use, unplug the appliance. While pressing the eject button, pull out the beaters/dough hooks.

Caution:

  • Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. After 3 minutes of continuous use, allow the mixer to rest at least 5 minutes before the next use. Do not allow the mixer to operate for more than 3 minutes at one time.
  • To prevent spattering, keep the beaters in the mixture and always switch the mixer off before lifting the beaters from the mixture.
  • To avoid unnecessary strain on the motor, do not use a mixer for any mixture in which the beaters /dough hooks do not revolve freely.

Caution:

  1. Never use more load than mentioned in the table above and never operate the mixer longer than mentioned.
  2. Allow the mixer to cool down for 5 minutes after finishing a recipe.

Pureeing

  1. Insert the stick mixer attachment into the motor unit by opening the cover of the mounting hole; turn until it locks. Plugin.
  2. Press and hold the speed button to start working.
  3. The appliance blends and mixes fast and easily. Use it to make sauces, soups, mayonnaise, purees, dietary and baby food, mixed drinks, or cocktails; you can operate the appliance just as well in any bowl, pan, or other container too. If you want to blend directly in the saucepan, you should take the saucepan away from the stove first and let it cool down slightly.
  4. To avoid splashing, insert the stick blender into the vessel first, and then press and hold the speed button.

Caution: Do not continuously operate the appliance too long. The motor may overheat. Do not allow the appliance to operate for more than 1 minute at one time. It should rest 3  minutes after 1 minute of working.

Note: Never wash the motor unit in water. Make sure the cord is removed from the electrical outlet before taking out accessories from the motor part.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before cleaning switch off and unplug the cord from the electrical outlet.
  2. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as electrical shock may occur.
  3. Wash all accessories in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Caution: Blade is every sharp, handle with care.
  4. Beaters, dough hooks, chopper bowls, and chopper covers can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

Damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the whole appliance. In such case please contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts is always subject to a charge.
Defects to consumables or parts subjected to wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance, or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the warranty and are to be paid.
