SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual. In case of damage caused by the user failing to follow the instructions in this manual, the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, negligent use or use not by the requirements of this manual.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Warning: Potential risk of injuries from misuse.
- Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces that come in contact with food, please refer to the paragraph “cleaning and maintenance” of the manual.
- Before inserting the plug into the main socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.
- Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
- Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
- Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
- To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.
- Do not touch the appliance if it falls into the water. Remove the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to an authorized service centre for repair.
- Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
- Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
- This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
- Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Household use only. Do not use it for industrial purposes.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- When carrying the unit be sure to hold the motor housing with both hands. Do not carry the unit by holding only the funnel or grinding chamber head.
- Never feed food by hand. Always use the pressing rod.
- Do not grind ginger and other materials with hard fibre.
- To avoid jamming, do not force to operate the unit with excessive pressure.
- Never try to replace the electric parts and repair the unit by yourself.
- The blades are sharp, always pay close attention during use.
- Put the appliance on a flat, stable and firm surface.
- Never let it near or close to open fires or inflammable materials.
- Only use the accessories that came with the appliance. Do not try to replace or change them or for another purpose.
- The appliance cannot be used for grinding hard and dry food, otherwise the blades could be blunted.
- Do not use your fingers to scrape food away from the grinding plate while the appliance is operating. Cutting injury may occur.
- Never run the appliance empty after assembling the grinding blade and the grinding plate. Otherwise, the grinding blade and the grinding plate will be abraded seriously, which will accelerate the unit aging.
- Regarding the instructions for the operating times and the use of accessories, please refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

BEFORE USE
- There is a storage box under the machine. Move out the storage box and take out the grinding plates inside before use.
- Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water.
- Before plugging in, ensure the ON/OFF/ Reverse switch is set at position “O” (OFF).
USE
Mincing meat

Insert the auger into the grinding chamber head by turning the auger slightly until it is properly set. Attach the grinding blade onto the auger shaft with the blades facing outwards. Choose your desired grinding plate from a, b, c, and place it next to the grinding blade, fitting its protrusions on both sides in the slots of the grinding chamber head. Put on the fixing ring; screw firmly. Do not over-tighten. Assemble the grinding chamber head onto the machine. Press the release button with one hand; hold and insert the grinding chamber head into the machine with the other hand, turning it anti-clockwise until it cannot move any further; release the button. The grinding chamber head now is fixed onto the machine. Note: Make sure the edge of the grinding blade is toward the grinding plate when assembling. Never assemble the grinding blade reversely.
Caution: Make sure the appliance is unplugged when assembling. -
Attach the funnel onto the grinding chamber head and fix it into position.

Place a clean container under the machine to hold the minced meat that comes from the appliance.

Ensure the ON/OFF/Reverse switch is set at position “O” (OFF), and then plug in the appliance.

Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “ON”.

Feed food into the funnel with the pressing rod. Always use the pressing rod.
Note: Cut all foods into pieces (Sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is recommended, approximate size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) so that they fit easily into the funnel opening.
Important: The max. operation time per cycle shall not exceed 7 minutes and a minimum of 30 minutes of rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. -
After use, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “O” (OFF) and then unplug the appliance. Detach the grinding chamber head from the machine. Press the release button with one hand; turn the grinding chamber head clockwise and remove it from the appliance with the other hand; release the button.
Making sausage

Insert the auger into the head by turning the auger slightly until it is properly set. Attach the kibbe cone onto the auger shaft, fitting its protrusions on both sides in the slots of the head. Put on the sausage attachment. Put on the fixing ring; screw firmly. Do not over-tighten.

Assemble the head onto the machine. Press the release button with one hand; hold and insert the head into the machine with the other hand, turning it anti-clockwise until it cannot move any further; release the button. The head now is fixed onto the machine.
Note: Never assemble the grinding blade and the grinding plate when used for making sausage, and do not assemble the sausage attachment and kibbe cone when mincing meat.
Caution: Make sure the appliance is unplugged when assembling. -
Attach the funnel onto the head and fix it into position.

Set clean casing to the sausage attachment. Place a clean container under the machine to hold the sausage coming from the appliance.

Ensure the ON/OFF/Reverse switch is set at position “O” (OFF), and then plug in the appliance.

Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “ON”.

Feed minced meat into the funnel. Use the pressing rod only. Tie anywhere you like with a thread to make the sausage in the proper length.
Important: The max. operation time per cycle shall not exceed 7 minutes and a minimum of 30 minutes rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. -
After use, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “O” (OFF) and then unplug the appliance. Detach the head from the machine. Press the release button with one hand; turn the head clockwise and remove it from the appliance with the other hand; release the button.
Making kibbe

Insert the auger into the head by turning the auger slightly until it is properly set. Attach the kibbe cone onto the auger shaft, fitting its protrusions on both sides in the slots of the head. Put on the kibbe shaper. Put on the fixing ring; screw firmly. Do not over-tighten.
Assemble the head onto the machine. Press the release button with one hand; hold and insert the head into the machine with the other hand, turning it anti-clockwise until it cannot move any further; release the button. The head now is fixed onto the machine.
Note: Never assemble the grinding blade and the grinding plate when used for making kibbe, and do not assemble the kibbe attachments when mincing meat.
Caution: Make sure the appliance is unplugged when assembling. -
Attach the funnel onto the head and fix it into position.

Place a clean container under the machine to hold the kibbe cover coming from the appliance.

Ensure the ON/OFF/Reverse switch is set at position “O” (OFF), and then plug in the appliance.

Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “ON”.

Feed your prepared kibbe mixture into the funnel. Use the pressing rod only. Cut the hollow cylinder into the desired length to make the cylindrical cover. Stuff with a minced meat mixture, form kibbe as illustrated below and deep fry.
Important: The max. operation time per cycle shall not exceed 7 minutes and a minimum of 30 minutes of rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. -
After use, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “O” (OFF) and then unplug the appliance. Detach the head from the machine. Press the release button with one hand; turn the head clockwise and remove it from the appliance with the other hand; release the button.
Making cookie

Insert the auger into the head by turning the auger slightly until it is properly set. Attach the cookie holder onto the auger shaft, and then the cookie cup. Put on the fixing ring; screw firmly. Do not over-tighten.

Assemble the head onto the machine. Press the release button with one hand; hold and insert the head into the machine with the other hand, turning it anti-clockwise until it cannot move any further; release the button. The head now is fixed onto the machine.
Caution: Make sure the appliance is unplugged when assembling. -
Attach the funnel onto the head and fix it into position. Insert the cookie plate through the cookie cup.
Note: There are four moulds on the cookie plate. Choose your desired one and set it in front of the cookie cup. -
Place a clean container under the machine to hold the cookie coming from the appliance.

Ensure the ON/OFF/Reverse switch is set at position “O” (OFF), and then plug in the appliance.

Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “ON”.

Form your prepared dough into a roll and then feed it into the funnel. Cut the cookie bar into the desired size. Bake and serve.
Important: The max. operation time per cycle shall not exceed 7 minutes and a minimum of 10 minutes of rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. -
After use, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “O” (OFF) and then unplug the appliance. Detach the head from the machine. Press the release button with one hand; turn the head clockwise and remove it from the appliance with the other hand; release the button.
Reverse function
- In case of jamming, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “O” (OFF). Wait at least one minute until the auger comes to a complete stop.
- Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “R” (Reverse), the auger will be rotating clockwise and the head will get empty. If it does not work, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position “O” (OFF), unplug the appliance and clean the head.
Note: The max. operation time of the “R” position shall not exceed 5 seconds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance before cleaning.

Disassemble all parts and then wash them in water.
Caution: The blades are sharp. Handle with care. -
Wipe the outside surface of the main body with a damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
Note: Never immerse the main body in the water for cleaning. Only the sausage attachment, kibbe cone, kibbe shaper, cookie cup, cookie holder, cookie plate, grinding blade, funnel and pressing rod are dishwasher safe.
