GTRS GWF4 Wireless Footswitch

Top panel

  • Four-channel footswitch for switching between presets and toggling effects
  • Footswitch LEDs indicate current status
  • LED display screen shows currently selected preset name
Pairing

Please pair the GWF4 with your GTRS before using it for the time.

  • Turn on the GWF4. Press and hold the A & C f ootswitches simultaneously to begin pairing (The footswitch LED will start to blink) .
  • Select the wireless footswitch by clicking on the icon in the GTRS APP to search for the GWF4.
  • When the GWF4 is found, the icons will appear and the footswitch LED will stop blinking.
    *Tip: Once the wireless footswitch is paired with your GTRS guitar successfully, every time you use the GTRS guitar with your wireless footswitch they will connect automatical ly. If you switch to another GTRS gu itar, please repeat the pairing procedure.
Control mode 1
  • Preset bank switching : Press the A& B footswitches simultaneously to switch from bank 0 to bank 9. Press the C & D footswitches simultaneously to switch from bank 9 to bank 0. The left block of the LED screen indicates the number of the currently selected bank. When switching preset banks, the ba nk number will blink. Press the desired footswitch to confirm preset selection. The LED will stop blinking.
  • Preset switching: Press one of the footswitches to select a preset from the current bank. The associated footswitch LED will light up to indicate the currently selected preset. The right block of the LED screen indicates the name of the current preset.
Control mode 2
  • Preset switching: Press footswitch A to switch through presets 9D-OA. Press footswitch B to switch through presets 0A to 9D. The LED screen will show the currently selected preset while the footswitch LED will stay off.
  • CTRL: Footswitch C or D can be set to a CTRL function. In this function, the status of the effect with be indicated by the LED being on/off. When set to TAP control, the footswitch LED will blink once when the footswitch is pressed.
  • Tuner: The tuner can be accessed by pressing and holding the GTRS control knob or by pressing the wire less footswitch that has been assigned to the TUN ER function. In the tuner mode, all of the footswitch LEDs will be off. The LED screen will show the currently playing note. The left block of the screen will show the nearest note. If the right block display rotating clockwise, it means the playing note is sharp and the opposite indicates the pitch is flat. When the right block display stops rotating, the note is at the correct pitch.
  • Low-Battery alert: When the battery is low, the footswitch LED will start to blink.
  • APP control: The control mode of G4 can be assigned through the GTRS app. It is set to Control Mode 1 as the default.

Side Panel

  • GTRS LOGO: The color of the logo LED indicates the battery life of the G. Green indicates 30-100% battery, yellow for 15-30% battery and red for 15% battery. The logo LED will blink while charging and the color depends on current battery life.
  • Type-C USB port: Charge your GWF4 using a USB Type-C cable.
  • Power Switch: All the LEDs will be off when t he GWF4 is off. The logo LED will light up when the GWF4 is off and charging.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
