Important safety information

  • WARNING : For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit (model: YLS0056E-E050100) provided with this appliance.
  •  The Lithium-Ion battery is protected against total discharge. If the appliance is switched on with a discharged battery, the appliance is switched off by a protective circuit.
  •  If left for more than one month when the battery is low, it may cause the battery to turn out of power and be damaged. Please recharge regularly if not in use for a long time.
  •  This device contains Lithium-Ion batteries which can not be replaced.

Safety instructions

  •  Please read the instructions carefully before using this product.
  •  Do not switch the device on if the container is empty.
  •  During the work of the product, it is strictly forbidden to open the mixing container
  •  Only process food with a maximum temperature of 60°C.
  •  Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
  •  Do not operate the device and/or immediately remove the mains plug if  the blender, the charger or mains cable are damaged

  •  When the product is working, it is strictly forbidden to touch movable parts such as blades and motors, so as to avoid injury or damage to the product.
  •  The juice cup can be opened after the blade stops rotating.
  •  It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or alter this product by oneself.
  •  After using the product, please clean it in time, wash the parts in contact with food with clean water. When emptying the cup body and cleaning the parts, be careful to operate. Be sure to pay attention to sharp blades so as to avoid cutting (you can wear protective gloves).
  •  After charging, when unplugging the plug, please grab the plug and pull it out. Don‘t pull the wire.
  •  Do not place in or near flammable gases or electric stoves, or in hot ovens.
  •  Do not immerse the battery charger and motor combination in water or other liquids to avoid the risk of fire, electric leakage or personal injury.

Prior to use
Before using the appliance for the first time, fully charge the battery. The unit may become warm during the charging process. The mixer may only be used for its intended purpose according to these operating instructions. Therefore, carefully read the operating instructions prior to use. It provides instructions for using, cleaning and maintaining of the device. We do not assume any liability for any damage if the instructions are not observed. Keep the operating instructions well preserved and pass them on to the subsequent user together with the device. Also note the warranty information at the end. The device is not intended for commercial use, but rather only for the preparation of food in common household amounts. Observe the safety instructions during use.

Getting started

Before first use
Please clean all parts prior to first use as described in the section “Cleaning and care”. This product has double safety protection. The product does not work, if the lid is placed separately or the lid is not properly installed on the mixing container. The indicator light is white and flashing. You see if you installed the lid correctly on the mixing container, when the two trian-gles on container and lid are in one line.

First Use

  1.  Fruits (apples, pears, etc.) need to be washed, peeled and cored, and cut into small squares of about 1 cm x 1 cm x 1 cm. The device should not be used to process hard fruits, nuts and crush ice cubes.
  2.  Put the cut fruits into the mixing container, add water, milk or other liquids. The total amount of food and liquid should not exceed the maximum mark (300ml) of the cup (120grams of fruit, 180g of water). Add ingredients in the following order: Hard ingredients first, then softer ones.
  3.  Close the lid on the mixing container by turning, until the triangle on the lid is aligned with the triangle on the container.WMF 0416700011 USB Mixer Smoothie Maker 2
  4.  Double-click the „Start-Stop button“ on the lid twice to start the device. Turn the product upside down and hold it in your hand. During the mixing, it helps to shake the mixer from side to side for a better mixing effect. The mixing process will take 40 sec. and will stop automatically.WMF 0416700011 USB Mixer Smoothie Maker 3
  5. For stopping during the working process, click the „Start-Stop button“ once.
  6. If the blades are stuck at the start, the product can be placed upright and then placed upside down after normal start.
  7.  After mixing the device needs to be turned around, so that the lid is on top again. Wait some seconds, so that the juice can fl ow back into the mixing container. Then, the lid needs to be unscrewed from the mixing container, and the juice in the cup can be directly drunk or poured into a glass.
  8. Charging of the blender: The charging wire needs to be inserted into the battery charger provided, and the magnetic suction head of the charging wire needs to be sucked on the charging stand of the main engine to charge the product. When charging, put the mixing container fl at on the table to charge. When charging, the indicator is red, and after charging is completed, the indicator turns white. During charging, the product cannot work.

Cleaning and care

  1.  Make sure the blades stopped running before opening the device and cleaning it.
  2.  Lid with motor and blade unit can be wiped with a damp cloth; do not, soak in water or other liquids to avoid damage to the device.
  3.  Fast Cleaning: Add an appropriate amount of water to the juice cup and install the lid. Double-click the Start-Stop button and work for 5 to 10 seconds.
  4.  When storing, please ensure that the product is clean, dry and placed in a dry, ventilated place without direct sunlight.
