Perytong Bluetooth sports headband are wireless sleeping headphones. These sleeping headphones feature ultra-thin HD wireless speakers inside them. They have optimal features to cancel external noise. Their headbands are very stretchy making it comfortable to wear.

Perytong Bluetooth Sleep Headphones are operated on Bluetooth. The speakers are present on both sides of the headband. The control is located at the front side of the headbands as shown below:

It has three main controls:

1. Volume Down: As the name states, this button is used to decrease the volume. The volume can be decreased by Long pressing the Volume Down button.
2. Volume Up: The button with the ‘+’ icon is used to increase the volume. The volume can be increased by Long pressing the Volume Up button.
3. ON/OFF: At the middle is the Play/Pause or the On/Off button.

How to Pair Perytong Headphones to a Device?

• By default, these headphones will automatically pair to the previously connected device.
• If you want to pair to another device, unpair and cancel from the previous one and then pair to the new device.

How to turn on/off the Perytong Sleep Headphones?

1. Turn ON: Hold down the ON/OFF button continuously for about three seconds. A digital voice will say Power On.
2. Turn OFF: Hold down the ON/OFF button continuously for about three seconds. A digital voice will say Power OFF.

How to go to Next or Previous Music?

• This can be easily done by the volume down (-) and the volume up (+) buttons.
• Next: Short Press the button with the icon ‘-’ to go the next song.
• Previous: Short Press the ‘+’ button to go to the previous song.

How to Answer/End a Call?

Press once to Answer or End a call.

How to Reject a Call?

Press and hold for 3 seconds to reject an incoming call.

How to charge the Perytong Headphones?

These headphones are Bluetooth operated. A little battery icon will appear on the Bluetooth of your device indicating the battery levels. These headphones come with a charger port with them.

• At the back side of the headband on the inner sider, there will be an opening having a charge port.
• Plug in the USB cord here to charge the headphones.
• Before using, charge the battery for 2 hours.
• A continuous RED light indicates that the device is charging.
• When the device is fully charged, this light will turn BLUE.

How to Clean the Headband

The headband of these wireless sleeping headphones can be easily washed.

• Before cleaning them, remove the headphones module from the headband carefully.
• Handwashing and Air drying is recommended using warm water and no bleach.
• Makre sure when you place the speakers back the headband is properly dry.

• Do these headphones have a low battery tone/warning that would wake you up?
  Yes, it beeps pretty loudly before powering off that might wake you up. After this it says “Powering Off” in a very soft voice which doesn’t wake u up. However, the battery usually lasts up to 3-4 days therefore, this can be avoided.

• Do they have noise cancellation?
  Yes, these headbands have a pretty decent noise cancellation feature. The noises are muffled but not completely cancelled.

• Can other people hear the sound coming out of headphones?
  If someone is laying close by, they will be able to hear the music or the sounds. But if you play something soft the sound won’t come out of the headphones.

• If you lay on your side, is it uncomfortable having a plastic speaker pressing against your ear?
  It usually isn’t comfortable like other headphones, however, if it becomes a reason of your discomfort you can easily move the plastic speakers to a side.
