Doorman Electronic Code Lock
Installation Guide
Congratulations on getting your new Yale Doorman smart lock!
Did you know that you can connect your Yale Doorman smart lock to the Yale
Smart Home Alarm system? This allows you to use Yale Doorman locks as part of
a smart home and alarm system, and also allows remote control of the locks and
convenient user management using a mobile device. For more information, go to
yale.fi or contact your nearest Yale dealer.
The new Yale Doorman smart lock is equipped with an ABLOY BL907 lock body, which has been specially developed and manufactured in Finland for the Yale Doorman smart lock. The lock body and its steel bolt are coated with a special low friction coating for easy closing of the door. The surface of the bolt may show signs of wear over time, but this is no cause for worry because the coating fully retains its properties and your door will continue to open and close smoothly.
