Inline switch and power meter installation Manual
Introduction
Thanks for choosing the Smarthome inline switch and power meter for pairing
with the home automation gateway. This module is a Z-Wave-enabled device and
is fully compatible with any Z-Wave-enabled network. Every mains-powered
Z-Wave enabled device acts as a signal repeater and multiple devices result in
more possible transmission routes, which helps eliminate “RF dead-spots”.
The device is a Z-Wave appliance switch, which can report wattage energy usage
or kWh energy usage to a Z-Wave gateway. It can also be controlled by other
Z-Wave devices, to turn on/off when appropriate. This device also acts as a
repeater.

by the Z-wave home automation gateway.
If this function is supported by the Z-Wave gateway to which it is paired,
energy consumption data will be available on the user interface.
Note: if the device is not successfully included in the Zwave network,
the LED will blink slowly.
