Description
Refer to the illustrations on page 1 of this manual. This single-phase DIN- rail kWh meter is a single-phase electronic watt-hour meter, which adopts micro-electronic technique, imported large scale integrated circuit and advanced technique of digital and SMT techniques. The meter is in conformity with the relevant technical requirements of class 1, class 2 and IEC62052-11, IEC62053-21. It accurately and directly measures 50/60 Hz active energy consumption from single-phase AC electricity net.
Installation
This device must be mounted on a DIN-rail.
Interconnection to accessories and other equipment: Direct type, no
interconnection to other equipment.
Reset: This device does not have a reset function.

- 5(40)A: 5 → (Ib = 5 A) and (40) → I max = 40 A.
The internal measurement always happens at 5 A (Ib), this via an internal voltage divider. For example, a live current of 16 or 20 A flows through the circuit. The max current for this kwh meter may be 40 A (I max).
Note: the most accurate measurement for these kWh meter, is by a live current of 5 A through the circuit. Use this device with original accessories only.
