INSTRUCTION

Please read this manual since it contains important information on the safety, use, and maintenance of your appliance. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.

  • Do not leave parts of packaging (plastic bags, foam polystyrene, nails etc) within reach of children or unqualified persons since they are potential sources of danger.
  • Before connecting the plug into the socket, check that the working voltage of the appliance complies with that of your electrical system, If in doubt, contact professionally qualified assistance.
  • The use of adaptors, multiple plugs or extensions is not recommended. Where this is unavoidable, please use approved devices that comply with the safety provisions foreseen by law and check that they are compatible with the electrical power of the appliance If in doubt, contact professionally qualified assistance.
  • Any installation not conforming to the above instructions may compromise the safety of the appliance and cancel the guarantee,
  • This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced capacity on the physical, mental or sensory or lack of experience and knowledge (including children), unless he has them was asked to monitor or if they have had instructions on the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with after-sales service to avoid any danger.
  • The appliance was exclusively designed for domestic use to squeeze citrus fruits.

FOR SAFETY REASONS:

  • Do not use the appliance with bare feet and with wet hands or feet
  • Do not use the appliance outside the home
  • Do leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents. (sun, rain….)
  • Do not let children or unqualified people use the appliance
  • Never pull on the power cord or on the appliance itself to unplug if from the power outlet
  • Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is plugged into the main power outlet.
  • Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids
  • The power cord of the appliance must not be replaced by the user. If necessary, contact an authorized service center of a qualified technician.
  • Switch off and do not tamper with the appliance should it break down and/or not function correctly. Contact an authorized service center for any repairs and ask for original spare parts.
  • Make the appliance unserviceable at the end of its running life by unplugging it from the power outlet and cutting the power cord . Abide by the current standards in your country for instructions on its disposal.
  • May not be held responsible for any damages to persons, animals or objects caused by incorrect installation or due to improper, incorrect, and negligent use.
  • This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of age, as long as they are supervised and have been given instructions about using the appliance safely, and are fully aware of the dangers involved.
  • Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years of age and are supervised by an adult.
  • Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
  • When using electrical equipment, safety precautions must always be taken to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury in the event of misuse.
  • Make sure that the voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to the main voltage of your installation. If this is not the case, contact the dealer and do not connect the unit
  • Never leave the unit unattended while in operation.
  • Please keep this document at hand and give it to the future owner in case of transfer of your device
  • The device must not be used if it has been dropped, if obvious signs of damage are visible or if it has leaks.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Before using the appliance, wash all parts coming into contact with food with a normal dishwashing detergent :lid(1),large juicing cone(2),small juicing cone(3),filter(4)and juice container(5).Dry thoroughly.

ACCESSORIES

Juicing Cone The large juicing cone(2)is for large citrus fruits, I .e oranges. The small juicing cone(3)_is for small citrus fruits, i.e. lemons The juicer is supplied with the small cone assembled inside .the large cone.
Lightly press the two extremities of the unit to separate the two cones as indicated by the arrows (fig. A) and at the same time remove the small cone (fig .B.) Reverse the above procedure to unite the two cones.
Note: The large cone can only be used when it is assembled on the small cone. Spout of the juice container

The juice container(5)has a spout (5A)that can be raised (fig. C) or lowered(fig. D) During use, If the spout of the appliance is in a raised position. Then the juice remains inside the container. On the other hand., if the spout is in the lowered position, then the juice falls directly inside a glass or container placed under the spout. To change the position of the spout, move the spout upwards or downwards with a light pressure.

Note
After use, the spout must always be in the raised position(fig. C).

Tips and suggestions

To get as much juice as possible from the fruit, press the citrus fruit onto the cone several times instead of keeping it continually pressed. Attention!

  • Too much pressure on the cone may cause the motor to block.
  • Do not let the juicer operate for more than two minutes consecutively.
  • Wait five minutes between each use to allow the motor to cool.
  • Do not let the power cord hang from the benchtop.
  • Do not insert sharp cutlery or objects while the cone is moving.
  • After use, disconnect the plug from the power outlet and place the spout in a raised position(fig. C).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Before carrying out any operation, always disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
  • Disassemble the juicer and wash all the parts-expect for the motor base(7)-with water and dishwashing detergent. The motor base should only be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
  • Never wash the parts in a. dishwasher.
  • Do not immerse the body of the appliance in water or other liquids.
  • Never use chemical or abrasive substances.

CAUTION:

Do not dispose of this product as it has with other household products. There is a separation of this waste product into communities, you will need to inform your local authorities about the places where you can return this product. In fact, electrical and electronic products contain hazardous substances that have harmful effects on the environment or human health and should be recycled.
