Installation method
Sewage bucket installation method
- Turn the sewage bucket lid clockwise to the logo position
- Put th sewage bucket in the host machine.
- Put the sewage bucket into the host , and push in the snap click to lock it.
- To remove the bucket, press the unlock button to pull out the movable pin.
Water filter bucket installation method
- Turn the bucket lid clockwise to tighten
- Place the water filter bucket into the Host with the bucket lid facing down
Deodorization component installation
- Reach your fingers into the groove of the front cover and lift the cover outward.
- Holding the deodorant assembly box in your hand, push the deodorant assembly into the mounting opening along the guide slot and push the deodorant assembly to the bottom with a little pressure.
Hose assembly with Host installation
- Grasp the hose sewage tube connector, first Host wire from the hose wire hole through, then the Host connection part aligned and pressed into, and finally the hose assembly signal wire and Host wire for line connection.
- Turn the hose connector clockwise to lock in the Host connection section
Usage
Applicable people
- Without catheter, without urine volume monitoring;

- Users should lie flat and keep the side lying less than 30°when urination and defecation while using.
Start-up preparation
- Make sure the connection between the working head and the connecting hose is intact;
- Make sure the connection between the Host and the connecting hose is intact;
- Make sure the water filter bucket is filled, and the Host is loaded;
- Make sure the sewage bucket has been emptied and loaded into the Host;
- Make sure the deodorant component box is properly loaded into the Host;
- Make sure the hip pads are properly put on;
- Make sure the leakage protection plug is plugged into the power supply, and the working indicator light is lit.
Machine cleaning
The machine can not be directly sprayed and washed before cleaning, you can wipe with a cloth.
Machine handling
Before moving the machine, you need to pour out the water in the water purification bucket and clean the sewage bucket and then open the drain valve at the bottom of the water purification bucket to empty the water inside the main machine.
Usage schedule
It suggest that the initial use time in each day should be gradual increase , to keep the user gradually adapt to the use this machine.
- Day 1: 4H (Daytime)
- Day 2: 8H (Daytime)
- Day 3: 1 OH (Daytime)
- Day 4: 12H (Daytime)
- Day 5: 12H (Evening)
After that, it is recommended that each continuous use time should not exceed 12 hours.

Before using the intelligent incontinence cleaning robot, check whether the Velcro on the base of the smart bedpan is aligned with the Velcro on the pants, and whether the
smart bedpan falls exactly in the U-shaped slot of the pants (for details, please refer to the ” Instruction Manual of the Smart Bedpan ” ). -
Please check whether the user’s skin is red or damaged after each time use. If any above condition, it should stop use this robot and ask for the treatments from professional caregivers. And suggest to use the robot agin after full recovery.
Precautions during and after use
Attention during use
- After the use of the object position change (including left and right turn, sit up again after lying down, etc.), you need to confirm whether the work head is loose, misalignment (focus on confirming the inner thighs and soft rubber between) ;
- Users should lie flat and keep the side lying less than 30°when urination and defecation while using.
- Red light at the end of the machine, report equipment failure, immediately stop using the machine, and feedback to the manufacturer.
Precautions after use
- It is recommended to perform one time manual cleaning process before the smart bedpan is removed;
- First turn off the machine and then take off the smart bedpan and bag pants;
- After the smart bedpan is removed, it is necessary to clean the sewage bucket in time.

Cleaning
Sewage bucket cleaning
Open the top lid of the host, hold the movable latch by hand and carry it to
the sink. Withdraw the connector and lift the sewage bucket out by hand by the
handle.
Turn the sewage bucket knob counter clockwise, hold the handle with one hand,
hook the bottom of the bucket with the other hand, and slowly pour the sewage
into the sink.

Automatic mode
Setting of automatic mode
INCONTINENCE CLEANING ROBOT starts up in manual mode by default. It will
switch to automatic mode 3 minutes later. Choose the” Device Control” in the
menu on touch screen.
- Click” Auto Mode” to enter the automatic working mode, in this mode other buttons can’t be selected , and the “Auto ” key on remote control will be light.
- Press the “Auto” button on the remote control, the device control interface on the current display will switch to “Auto Mode” simultaneously. The “Poop”, “Pee”, “Wash” and “Dry” icons are gray and the buttons are not clickable. state. The “Auto” button of the remote control is illuminated.
2How the automatic mode works
When the INCONTINENCE CLEANING ROBOT is working in auto mode, the robot will automatically start the preset program to collect excrement, clean and dry the defecation area after the user has defecated. If you need to stop the process during operation, to stop the current operation, click the “Stop” button on the display or tap the “Stop” button on the remote control.
Manual mode
Setting of manual mode: The system defaults to manual mode after the care robot is turned on, and automatically switches to automatic mode after 3 minutes. Automatic mode switch to manual mode This can be done in the following two ways
- Press the “Manual Mode” button on the device control interface to switch the system to manual mode. The icons of “Poop”, “Pee”, “Wash” and “Dry” on the display screen are activated and the button are restored to clickable state. At the same time, the “Manual” button on the remote control is illuminated.
- Press the “Manual” button of the remote control, the device control interface on the current display will switch to “Manual Mode” simultaneously. The “Poop”, “Urine”, “Wash” and “Dry” icons are activated and the buttons return to the clickable state. The buttons return to the clickable state. At the same time, the “Manual” button on the remote control is illuminated.
How the manual mode works: When the INCONTINENCE CLEANING SYSTEM is in manual mode, the Host will start the preset program to collect excrement, clean and dry the defecation area according to the manual operation information provided by Remote Control and the display. During operation, to stop the current work, tap the “Stop” button on the display or press the “Stop” button on the remote control.
Parameter setting and inquiry
- Parameter Setting: Click the “System Setting” button on the main screen of the display to enter the system setting interface.
- Water temperature setting: In the system setting interface, press the water temperature adjustment 3 settings, set the water temperature; touch the remote control water temperature adjustment key “A” “V” to set the water to set the water temperature.
- Wind temperature setting: In the system setting interface, press the air temperature adjustment 3 settings, set the air temperature; press the remote control air temperature adjustment key “/\” “V” to set the air temperature to set the water temperature.
- Water pressure setting: In the system setting interface, press the water pressure adjustment 3 settings, set the water pressure; press the remote control water pressure adjustment key “/\” “V” to set the water to set the water pressure.
- Record Inquiry: Press the “record inquiry” button on the main interface of the display to enter the record list interface, you can inquire about poop, pee, turn over, fault information. You can check the information of stool, urine, turn over and trouble.
Safety Warning
- It is strictly forbidden to add hot water over 40 degrees into the water purification bucket.
- When cleaning the machine, the power must be cut off first. Do not use organic solvents or corrosive detergents.
- Please read this manual in detail before use and operate the machine in strict accordance with the operating methods and precautions in this manual. In case of redness and blistering of the skin caused by the user’s physique or improper wearing, please stop using the machine immediately and wait for the skin to return to normal before using it again.
- Do not put cigarette butts or other flammable materials on the surface or inside the Host to prevent damage to the product or fire.
- Water must be added to the water purification bucket, when the residual water in the water purification bucket, heating water tank for more than 3 days without use, you need to clean up the residual water and then add water.
- Do not pour water or other liquids into the Host to prevent damage to the product or the risk of electric shock.
- Do not disassemble the care robot by non-professional personnel to avoid damage to personnel and equipment.
- Do not hit or knock the product to prevent damage to the machine.
- Do not pull the Remote Control connection cable to prevent it from breaking.
- Be sure to use the care robot in an environment with a temperature of 5°C-40° C and humidity of 25%-85%.
- When removing the working head, be sure to tap up the working head above the Host first to prevent dirt left in the hose assembly from flowing out.
- Be sure to place the working head higher than the Host when the machine is in operation to prevent backflow of water.
- Do not use heavy objects to press the hose assembly and do not over-bend the hose assembly.
- Make sure to use the correct voltage to prevent damage to the machine.
- If the power cord is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, its maintenance department or a similar department.
- For physical, perception, ability deficiencies or lack of experience and common sense (including children) in the use of the product should be operated under the equipment service personnel, this equipment should not be used as children’s play apparatus.
- This equipment must be installed and used in power supply systems with grounding conditions.

Maintenance
- Take out the heating water tank partition every time (about one month), wipe the heating water tank surface and heating water tank partition with a clean cloth to remove water moss and other attached dirt.
