WARNING

The AIMON band is not a medical device. It is not intended for use as a medical device or to replace a medical device. It does not and is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, alleviate or prevent any disease or health condition or investigate, replace or modify anatomy or any physiological process.

• Do not touch the product with wet hands when charging.
• You can get an electric shock.
• Avoid severe impacts such as dropping the product.
• It can shorten the life of the product and battery, and it can cause trouble or damage to the product.
• Do not place the product on a heated floor or electric pad where it may overheat.
• Heat can damage the battery and cause overheating or injury.
• Be careful not to insert any conductive material such as liquid, dirt, metal dust, or pencil leads into the charger connection (charging pin/connecting jack), and do not insert any pointed object into the connection.
• Corrosion of the power terminal or temporary short circuit may cause an explosion or fire.
• Do not allow children or pets to suck or bite the product.
• It may damage the product and cause a fire.
• Do not allow children or infants to wear electrical cords around their necks.
• Do not use the gateway by placing it within 20cm of the human body.

CAUTION

• Most electronic products use electromagnetic signals and can cause problems for other electronic devices due to the electromagnetic waves of the product. ㄴDo not use the product within 15cm of a heartbeat aid, as the electromagnetic waves of the product may affect it.
• Turn off the product at the hospital and observe the hospital’s regulations. The electromagnetic waves of the product can affect medical devices.
• Do not use the product near microwaves, speakers, large motors, strong magnetic objects, high-voltage wires, or radio towers that generate strong radio waves.ㄴ Strong electromagnetic waves can damage the product.

 PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Waterproof

The waterproof rating of the band body is IPX4, which is waterproof for daily life, but it can be damaged in water or strong water streams. (The gateway is NOT waterproof.)

Charging

• Please fully charge the battery before first use.
• AI.MON battery is built-in and cannot be replaced. Warranty service, exchange, or refund is not possible if the product is opened or disassembled arbitrarily. Please use a verified, genuine charging device for charging the battery.

Storage

Storing the product at a temperature that is too high or too low can lead to product damage or shorten the battery life. Keeping the product in direct sunlight for a long time, or at high temperature such as inside a car in summer, can cause damage or deformation of the product’s appearance.

Skin trouble

Although the bands and accessory band are made of hypoallergenic material and are subject to domestic and international safety standards, they can cause skin reactions depending on the user’s skin condition. Be careful if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to certain substances.

Disassembling

Exchange, refund, or warranty service is not possible if the product is disassembled or reassembled.

Cleaning of the accessory band and the connectors

Wash with running water or children’s cleaner, and dry in a sunny room

Band

1. It collects four types of measurement information (heart rate, SpO2, Skin temperature, Fall detection) and sends it to the gateway.
2. It is combined with acc band S (or L) -T1 and connected to acc band S (or L) -T2 through the connector.

Gateway

1. It transmits measurement information to the cloud server or mobile phone. (detects crying in case of corresponding model.)
2. It displays the status of the communication of the system and battery status with LED lights..

 Acc band

There are two sizes of the acc band ; small and large. Each consists of a set of T1, T2, and a connector. ※ acc band are expendable and can be purchased separately.

Charging Set

Charging cable is used for charging the band and also used for supplying power to the gateway. It is a standard USB type C cable

Information Required for Gateway Use

• The gateway transmits measurement information to the cloud server or mobile phone. (It detects crying in case of corresponding model.))
• The gateway displays the communication of the system and battery status with LED lights.

Power on

The gateway will automatically turn on when external power is connected. While turned on, the gateway will automatically turn off when external power is disconnected.

• It can be used in connection with an external battery pack.

How to solve when the Gateway is not working

• With the power on, press the alarm button for 10 seconds to reset. Otherwise, disconnect the gateway from power and reconnect it.
• When reset, it repeats the setup with a set of values every 1 ~ 2 minutes until the setup is complete.
• Especially, if the WiFi connection is poor, ertry reset after a few minutes, or try setting up via the App (phone).
• To check the status of the gateway and the status of the band refer to
• Battery Status Indicator LED,
• Communication Status Indicator LED.

Functions of alarm button and alarm LED

If WiFi connection failure happens during use, press reset to try to reconnect.
