Settings of five measurement information

  1. age-in-days and automatic settings
  2. The baby’s current age is the number of days calculated from the date of birth to the present. Depending on the baby’s current age, services are provided in two types (Mode1, Mode2).

  1. You can read the user manual before making a service inquiry and can troubleshoot any of the following symptoms.
  2. If the problem is not resolved, please contact (info@aimon.co.kr)
  3. If gateway reset is required
  4. An automatic connection is made when the connection between the gateway and registered WiFi (AP) is disconnected. If you want to connect manually because the gateway and registered WiFi (AP) are not automatically connected after tens of minutes have passed, reset the gateway.
  5. If the registered WiFi is not found after connecting to the gateway by Bluetooth pairing in the App or a new WiFi AP you want to connect to is not found (WiFi AP-2.4GHz must be nearby), reset the gateway. After resetting the gateway, try
  6. pairing and verify it by pressing the gateway alarm button for 7 seconds to restore the Bluetooth connection between the phone (App) and the gateway during use.
  7. After pairing is complete, the registered WiFi on your phone will be searched for or a new WiFi AP you are trying to connect to is searched for.
  8. If band reset is required
  9. An automatic connection should be made after the connection between the band and the gateway is disconnected, but if the automatic connection is not possible even they are close to each other, reset the band (you can check the connection through the gateway LED)
  10. Reset the band when it is not connected to the gateway for a long time even after the band is powered on. You can check the connection by LED blinking indicating the band connection among the gateway LEDs.

  13. check the communication status of the gateway and the band through the gateway LED and check the communication status through the paired phone (App).
  14. Among the LEDs of the gateway, you can check the interconnection and connection status by the LED blinking associated with the band or phone.
  15. Check if the communication connection between the gateway and the band is normal through the function of the phone (App) which is paired with the gateway. If the pairing between the gateway and the phone (App) is normal, you can check the communication status with the gateway on the paired phone (App) regardless of the cloud connection (//). Check your phone manufacturer’s OS patch. (Refer to 4. Information necessary for use of the application on user manual)
  16. Reinstall the apps in the following order.
  17. Delete the AIMON app → Install the latest patch provided by the mobile phone
    operating system and manufacturer → Use after reinstalling the AIMON app

Warnings, safety information and Tips

AIMaON band

The AIMON band is not a medical device. It is not intended for use as a medical device or to replace a medical device. does not and is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, alleviate or prevent ny disease or health condition or investigate, replace or modify anatomy or any physiological process.

  1. · Wear it with the method recommended in the manual, and if it is detected as being worn, heart rate, oxygen saturation(SpO2), skin temperature, fall detection and cry detection are measured.
  2. The measurement signal can be affected by the baby’s development status, skin brightness, and circulating blood volume in the skin, and there are differences between babies.
  3. All pulse and oximetry sensors are motion-sensitive and cannot calculate accurate readings when moving. This is due to the technical characteristics of pulse and oximetry.
  4. During wearing the strap, if strap wearing is not like as recommended in the manual, loose, or if there is a lot of separation between the recommended ankle area of the band and the skin, the measured value of oxygen saturation may not be accurate.
  5. Skin temperature is a technology that measures the temperature of the skin, so you can check the warmth of your baby.
  6. Regarding fall detection, a very large activity of the baby can be detected as a fall, and it may not be detected if the band is at off-body or too loose, or the band is turned off.
  7. There is a possibility that the high-frequency noise generated in the living environment is recognized as crying. (It is recommended to use in a quiet place close to the baby.)
  8. In the AIMON band, the measured values are passed through the gateway and delivered through the cloud server. Data reception may be delayed depending on the communication environment.

Accessary band

  • The accessory band of the AIMON band is made of natural materials and medical TPE to prevent irritation on the baby’s skin (it may vary depending on the baby’s skin sensitivity).

  • The accessory band of the AIMON Band is a consumable that wears out naturally over time and can be purchased separately.

  • Pulling or pushing the accessory band hard can damage it.
    The warranty period for the consumable accessory band is 3 months.

  • For babies 12 months and older, it is recommended to wear it inside the ankle while sleeping.

Please use ONLY the supplied power adapter. Failure to do so may void our limited warranty. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment. The gateway complies with RF exposure requirements set forth for an uncontrolled environment. The gateway should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20 cm between the radiator & your body.

  • Free service is available if the product fails within one year of purchase or within the warranty period (within 3 months for expendables). The warranty period will be halved if ordinary products are used for sales purposes.
  • You may be charged for some fixed cost even within the warranty period or may not be able to use the warranty service IF:
    • Product fails due to impact, negligence, carelessness, or water-damaged by user
    • Arbitrarily disassembled or modified
    • Product fails due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, or flood etc.
      Everything else will be compensated in accordance with the Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations.
