TONE CLARITY
When necessary, the Tone Clarity of the Headset Receiver can be adjusted on the Transmitter, from orange LEDs 1, 2, and 3. Press the Tone Clarity Button to select and match your level of hearing aid capability.
The Tone Speech Intelligibility can be enhanced individually on the
transmitter with the following settings.

Troubleshooting
- The sound is noisy, or no sound in the headphones. Please see whether you plug the cable into the AUDIO IN jack, and notice other wireless devices, such as routers, and TVs may interfere with the signal of the headset. Keep them away from the transmitter.
- Surrounding sounds loudly, even heard my heartbeat. In this case, you can see the headphone’s LED lights are RED. It’s a hearing-aid mode that will amplify all sounds even your heartbeat and breath. Please press MIC once, the LED changes to GREEN, headphone switches to watching TV mode.
- Only one side can hear sound. Please check the status of the sound balance button. Turn to L, the left sound will be louder and the right sound will weaken. Turn to R, right sound louder. The normal reason for this problem is that the 3.5mm cable is connected to the Audio & Video jack on the TV, it can only output one channel. Then can connect with RCA cable.
- This headset will automatically shut down. with no audio input or audio, the sound is too weak for 5 minutes, the headset will automatically enter the power saving mode, you need to re-open the audio and restart the headset if use it again.
