If there’s no sound on the headset, please change the audio settings on the
PC:
On the Windows Taskbar, right-click the Speaker Icon, Select Playback Devices.
a. Set a 2.4G Gaming headset as your default device. b. Select Recording
Devices, Set 2.4G Gaming headset as your default device.
PS4
PM console setting
- From the PS4 main menu, go to Settings> Devices > Audio Devices
- Set Input Device to USB Headset (2.4G Gaming headset)
- Set Output Device to USB Headset (2.4G Gaming headset)
- Set Output to Headphones to All Audio 5. Set Volume Control (Headphones) to 100% volume.
Use 3.5mm-3.5mm audio cable(4 poles) to connect the headphone and the 3.5mm
port of the controller(adapter not included) of Xbox One S/X. (Note: when
using 3.5mm audio cable to connect with the headphone, the headphone is
switched to a wired headset, the function keys on headphone are disabled.)
Audio output setting for Xbox One S/X:
- Select “setting’ on the menu page and press Yes
- Select “display and sound” and press Yes;
- Select “chat console” and press Yes;
- Enter the “chat console” volume selection menu;
- Select “no change” and press Yes;
You may set the USB audio volume on Switch to maximum by using the volume buttons on the Switch console, then adjust the volume with the headset volume wheel.
NOTE: Please ensure the firmware of your Nintendo Switch is updated to 4.0.0
or above.

Headphone beeps in maximum or minimum.
To protect your hearing, please do not use headphones at high volume for a
long time.
Microphone I Surround sound
When the headphone is powered on, the microphone is on, and the surround sound
switch is off by default.
Press to turn on/off the microphone, one beep is on, and two beeps are off.
Press and hold for 4 seconds to turn on/off virtual Surround Sound, one beep
is off, two beeps is on.
Intelligence power-saving
When the headphone is on, if the transmitter is not connected to any device or
there is no audio signal input, the headphone will enter power saving mode
after 5 minutes. You need to turn off the power and then turn it on to use
headphones again.
Low-power warning
When the battery is running out, you will hear a beep every five minutes
for a warning. Please charge the battery as soon as possible or use a 3.5mm
cable to connect with headphones and audio devices.
Direct line-in as a wired headphone
Use a 3.5mm cable to connect with the headphone and audio device, it is
switched to a wired headphone. All function keys on headphones and Surround
Sound is disabled. The microphone will keep open.
Re-pair
Note: This is a factory-paired SET, there’s No Need to pair them; just tum
them on and they will auto-connect! If they can’t reconnect, please follow the
below steps to reconnect them.
- Turn on the headphone.
- Press and hold for more than 10 seconds then hear a short beep sound like a signal interrupted.
- If still hear no sound, just turn off the headphones and then tum on it again. Head-phone and transmitters will be connected.

TROUBLESHOOTING
No Sound
Possible cause | Solution |
---|---|
Power is off | Confirm that the headphone is on. The blue LED on the headphones |
is solid.
Dead/low battery| Confirm that the headphone battery is charged.
Loose connection| In PC or game console use, confirm that the USB transmitter
is properly seated in the USB port of the device.
In wired use, confirm that the audio cable plugs are firmly seated in the
headphone and the audio device.
Lost pairing| Confirm that the connection green LED on the headphones
stays on. If the LED is slowly flashing indicates that the transmitter isn’t
communicating with the headphone. Please follow the re-pair steps.
Audio Drops, Popping or Clicking Sounds
