CAUTIONS

  • Do not try to disassemble the product by yourself, please contact VANKYO for more help
  • This product is not designed to work submerged underwater. Do not swim or shower with the earbuds.
  • Do not use the product at high temperatures, and near heat or fire.
  • Please charge the Charging Case with the Type-C Cable provided and a compatible adapter with DC 5V in, or charge it with a Qi-certified wireless charger.
  • Please keep the earbuds out of the reach of children to avoid choking hazards for the small parts contained in the product.
  • Long exposure to loud volume may cause hearing damage. It’s advised you adjust the volume to a proper level for use.
  • Please always pay attention to the surroundings to avoid potential risks caused by using the product.

Tip: The ear tips in medium size have been installed on the earbuds in advance.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Charging Case

CHARGE

Please charge the Charging Case and earbuds before your first use.

Charging Case

Option 1:
Connect the Charging Case toa compatible adapter (not included) with the Type-C cable, then plug the adapter into a socket.

Option 2:
Place the Charging Case on the wireless charger (not included) and it will be charged.

Earbuds

Step 1:
Align the Charging Pins on the earbuds with those in the case, then place the earbuds into the case until they magnetically snap into the Charging Slots.

Step 2:
Close the Charging Case and the earbuds will be charged.

The leftmost LED Indicator (represents Left Earbud) and the rightmost LED Indicator (represents Right Earbud) on the Charging Case will pulse blue slowly.

POWER ON

Option 1:
The earbuds will power on automatically once you open the Charging Case. The LED indicators on both earbuds will be solid blue for 1 second.

Option 2:
When the earbud is in power-off status, please touch and hold the Touchpad for 2 seconds to power on. You will hear a voice prompt of “Power On'” from the earbud.

Note:
To hear the voice prompt, please make sure you are wearing the earbud.

CONNECT AND DIScONNECT WITH A MOBILE DEVICE

After the earbuds pairing, the LED Indicator on one earbud flashes red and blue alternately, while the other pulses blue, which indicates the earbuds are ready for connecting to
a mobile device.

Connect
Turn on the Bluetooth on your device, then search and connect to Alpha N10.

The LED indicators on both earbuds will pulse blue slowly and you will hear a voice prompt of “Connected” from one earbud if the connection is successful.

Notes:

  1. The earbuds will automatically power off if they are not connected with any device within 5 minutes after powering on.
  2. If you turned off the earbuds, it will take around 10 seconds to automatically reconnect the earbuds with the device after you turn on the earbuds again.

Disconnect
Go to the Bluetooth interface of your mobile device, select Alpha N10, and Disconnect/Unpair to disconnect the earbuds. You will hear a voice prompt of “Disconnected”.

WEAR THE EARBUDS

If the ear tips don’t fit your ears, please replace them with the new ones we provide.

Fit the earbuds into your ears.

Activate Voice Assistant
Touch and hold the Touchpad of the Left (L) Earbud for 3 seconds to wake up the voice assistant.

NOISE-CONTROL MODES

Alpha N10 has three noise-control modes: Transparency Mode, Active Noise Cancellation, and Standard Mode.

  1. Transparency Mode
    Transparency Mode enables you to hear the ambient sound and helps you stay alert even when you are wearing the earbuds. You will hear a voice prompt of “APT On” from the earbuds if the Transparency Mode is enabled.

  2. ANC Mode
    ANC Mode helps cut out the noise you don’t want to hear and brings a premium listening experience. You will hear a voice prompt of “ANc On” from the earbuds if the ANC Mode is enabled.

  3. Standard Mode
    Standard Mode is between ANC Mode and Transparency Mode. You will hear a voice prompt of “All Of” from the earbuds when the Standard Mode is enabled.

Switch Between Noise-control Modes
Touch and hold the Touchpad of the Right (R) Earbud for 2 seconds to activate and switch among these three modes.

LOW BATTERY WARNING

There will be a voice prompt of “Low Battery” from the earbuds when the battery power gets low. The LED Indicators on the earbuds will flash blue 3 times every 1 minute.

POWER OFF

Option 1:
Place the earbuds into the Charging Case and close the case to power off the earbuds.

Option 2:
Touch and hold the Touchpad for 5 seconds to power off the earbuds when they are not connected to a mobile device. You will hear a voice prompt of “Power Off” from the earbuds.

Option 3:
The earbuds will power off automatically if there is no connection with a Bluetooth device within 5 minutes after powering on.

RESET

To reset the earbuds, please place them into the Charging Case, then touch and hold the Touchpad of both earbuds for around 8 seconds until the LED Indicators on the earbuds flash red and blue for 3 times.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Q1:What should I do when the earbuds can’t be paired with my mobile device?

  • Place the earbuds into the Charging Case, then close the case and reopen it to pair the earbuds again.
  • You need to reset your earbuds. Place the earbuds into the Charging Case, then touch and hold the Touchpad of both earbuds for around 8 seconds until the LED Indicators on the earbuds flash red and blue 3 times. Then pair your earbuds with your mobile device again.

Q2:What to do when the earbuds can’t be charged?

  • The Charging Case may run out of power. Please charge it for at least one hour, then put the earbuds into it to charge.
  • Try to take out the earbuds and clean the Charging Pins, then put the earbuds into the Charging Case to see if the leftmost and rightmost LED Indicators on the Charging Case pulse blue slowly.
  • There may be some malfunction with your Charging Case. If your Charging Case can’t charge for earbuds after many attempts, please contact our customer service team for help.

Q3: What should I do if there is no sound from one earbud?

  • Turn off the Bluetooth of your mobile device and turn it on
    again, then pair your earbuds with the mobile device.

  • For Android devices, if there is no sound from one earbud after connecting, you need to check whether the phone volume is too low. It the phone volume is normal, it may be that the Volume of the earbud has been turned to the minimum. Please try to adjust the volume of the earbud.

  • Reset your earbuds (see page 18), then restart your mobile device and pair them again.

Q6: Canluse one earbud at a time?
Yes. After connecting the earbuds to your mobile device, you can use them together or just use one earbud alone.

Q7: Can activate voice assistant through my earbuds?
Yes. You can wake up the voice assistant by pressing the Touchpad of the Left (L) Earbud for 3 seconds after pairing the earbud with your mobile device.

Q8: Why is there few difference between ANC Mode and Standard Mode?
The sound effects are related to the sizes of ear tips. Unsuitable ear tips may influence your listening experience. Please feel free to replace the ear tips (sizes: L, M, S) provided accordingly
