Before You Start

Please read all instructions carefully.

Separate and count all parts and hardware.
Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled. Always place the product on a flat, steady, and stable surface.
Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

Safety Instructions

  • To ensure the best safety of the trampoline. regularly check It for damages and worn parts. Such as mats, ropes, pads, and bolts.
  • If you pass on this trampoline to another person or if you allow another person to use it, make sure that that person is familiar with the product and details n these instructions.
  • Only one person should use the trampoline at a time.
  • Before using the trampoline always make sure that the screws. tolls and other joints we properly tightened and firmly secured.
  • Before you start you workout, remove all sharp-edged objects around the trampoline.
  • Only use the trampoline for your workout If It works properly.
  • Any broken, worn or defective part must immediately be replaced. The trampoline must not be used until it has been properly maintained and repaired.
  • Parents and other supervisory persons should be aware of the situations which may arise for which the trampoline is designed and which may occur due to children’s natural play. Parents should always supervise their children when using the trampoline, It must only be used for Its purpose and not as a toy.
  • If you do allow children to use this trampoline, be sure to take into consideration and assess their mental and physical conditions and development. and above all their temperament.
  • Children should use the trampoline only under adult supervision and be instructed on the correct and proper use of the trampoline. The trampoline is not a toy.
  • Please note that an Improper and excess work-out may be harmful to your health.
  • Please note that levers and other adjustment mechanisms are not projected into the area of movement dung use.
  • When setting up the trampoline, please make sure that the trampoline Is standing on an even surface.
  • Always wear appropriate clothing and shoes when using the trampoline. The clothes must be designed In a way so that they will not get caught In any part of the trampoline during the work-out due to their form(for example, length). Be sure to wear shoes, which firmly support your feelings and have a non-slip sole.
  • Be sure to consult a physician before you start any exercise program. they may give you proper advice with respect to your individual ability and your eating habits.
  • make sure you know the safety level of the trampoline. It can only be maintained If it is regularly inspected for damage and wear. Stith as ropes, mats. connecting bolts.
  • It is suitable for domestic use (class H)
  • When using a trampoline, make sure that there Is at least 1 meter of free space around the trampoline and that the height of the room Is sufficient to play on the trampoline.
  • Always Jump In the middle of the mat. Do not jump on the edge of the frame pad, or the elastic ropes. and the frame tubes.
  • The trampoline is designed for doing jumping exercises.
  • When you get on the trampoline, do not step on the frame tubeothenvise the trampoline will tilt.

To Open Rebounder

  1. Lay the folding trampoline on the floor, in its still folded position. Push out the ends so the trampoline expands and looks like a half-moon (Image I).

  2. Using steady pressure, hold the frame parts (3&4) and push down on the frame parts ( l&2) with hands open and fingers extended, use the palm of your hands to push down to unfold the frame in a flat position.
    Note: The frame will snap open, so please keep all fingers away from the hinge area when opening and closing.

  3. Push the safety pad over the frame. Make sure that the holes of the safety pad are lying exactly over the screw joints of the legs.

  4. Screw the legs into the screw joints on the frame.

  5. Tum the folding trampoline right side up; adjust the safety padding evenly around the jumping mat so that the padding covers all the springs in an even manner.

To Close (fold)
Important Safety Note: Always close your folding trampoline with 2 people.

  1. Tum the unit upside down and lay it flat.

  2. The screw of the legs from the trampoline.

  3. Locate the larger upward hinges on each side of the trampoline. Stand near the hinges on opposite sides of the folding trampoline facing the upper half of the frame (image).

  4.  Both persons kneel facing the upper half of the folding trampoline and place their knees closest to the folding trampoline on the lower half of the frame, approximately 2 inches below (not on) the hinge (Image B).

  5. Both persons lean forward and grasp the upper half of the frame (Image B)

  6. Together pull up gently and the upper half of the frame will raise towards the middle. Ensure that your head is clear of the moving frame.
    Note: Watch out for your hands, feet, body pan, etc. And always take 2 people to fold the folding trampoline.

  7. Once the trampoline is folded (now looks like a half-moon), simply push the two ends inwards to make the trampoline smaller.

Important Notes

  • Assemble the trampoline as per the assembly instructions and be sure to only use the structural parts provided with the trampoline.
  • Prior to the assembly, make sure the contents are correct by referring to the parts list on the assembly and operating instructions.
  • Be sure to set up the trampoline in a dry and even place. Always protect it from humidity.
  • If you wish to protect the trampoline, particularly against pressure points, contamination. etc., it is recommended to put a suitable, non-slip mat under the trampoline.
  • The general rule Is that trampolines and exercise equipment are not toys. Therefore, they must only be used under adult supervision.
  • Stop using immediately if you experience dizziness or nausea. chest pain or any other physical symptoms. In case of doubt, consult your physician immediately.
  • Children, disabled and handicapped persons should use the trampoline only under the supervision and in presence of another person who gives support and advice.
  • Be sure that your body parts and those of other persons are never close to any moving parts of the trampoline during use.
  • When adjusting any parts, make sure they are adjusted properly and note the marked maximum adjusting position, such as the saddle support.
  • Do not use it immediately after meals!
