OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Lift the dispenser cover to reveal the batteries chamber.
- Remove battery cover and insert 4 AAA type batteries.
- Follow the polarity markings located next to the batteries chamber.
- Place battery cover back on and ensure the dispenser cover is secured in place
FILLING THE DISPENSER
Slowly lift the removable top dispenser cover to reveal the soap compartment. When filling, carefully pour the liquid soap into the soap compartment until it is approximately ¾ full. Place the dispenser cover firmly back on. Do not hold the dispenser at an extreme angle when it contains liquid. To properly use dispenser and avoid spills make sure to place it on a stable, flat surface.
SETTING THE DISPENSING TIME
Press the PLUS (+) or MINUS (-) buttons briefly to change the length of time soap flows the dispenser.
- Mode 1: Press the PLUS (+) button once. The blue indicator light will flash once. The dispensing time will be set to the lowest setting with the least amount of soap.
- Mode 2: Press the PLUS (+) button a second time. The blue indicator light will flash twice. The soap dispensing time will be set for approximately 0.9 seconds.
- Mode 3: Press the PLUS (+) button a third time. The blue indicator light will flash three times. The soap dispensing time will be set for approximately 1.3 seconds.
- Mode 4: Press the PLUS(+) button a fourth time. The blue indicator light will flash four time. The soap dispensing time will be set for approximately 1.6 seconds.
Pressing the MINUS(-) button will reverse the MODE sequence. Each press of the MINUS(-) button will take the dispenser back one mode from its current position.
USING THE DISPENSER
To operate the dispenser, simply place your hand approximately 1”-2” inches (3-5cm) under the sensor and the nozzle will dispense the desired amount of soap.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the dispenser from outside with clean, humid and delicate cloth. Clean the inside of the dispenser warm water at a temperature of max 122° F (50° C). If you use warm water the coating inside the soap compartment may melt and the dispenser may permanently be damaged.
DETAILS FOR CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Fill the soap compartment with warm water up to approximately ¾ full of the dispenser capacity.

Make sure that the batteries’ chamber is empty and tightly closed. Next, close place the dispenser’s cover nack on making sure it is secured in place and lightly shake while holding the dispenser’s cover with you your fingers.

Pour out residual soap by tilting the dispenser with the soap compartment opening directed downwards. See image below:

If necessary, repeat all the above-mentioned activities.

NEVER POUR OUT SOAP OR RESIDUAL SOAP WITH THE SOAP COMPARTMENT OPENING DIRECTED UPWARDS. This can cause the risk of flooding the batteries chamber and permanent damage of the dispenser.
PLEASE NOTE:
Do not us the dispenser in a dishwasher.
Do not clean the dispenser with strong chemical agents.
Do not clean the dispenser with abrasive products.
WARRANTY
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Your Colston product is backed by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. For a period of one year following date of purchase, Colston will repair or replace your product should it fail due to a manufacturer’s defect (subject to certain limitations such as, but not limited to, use of the product as directed or performing the intended function during which the product may become damaged).
This one-year limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, purposeful harm, or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your Colston product is not functioning properly, please send your product to our repair center for evaluation, at the address listed below. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, we reserve the right to exchange it for a similar or newer model.
Please note that a flat processing fee of $35.00 will be charged to cover the service evaluation and return shipping of your product. All limited warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Please send your product, proof of purchase, and a check or money order in the amount of $35.00 made out to Colston to:
