Please note that the warranty does not extend to parts that have gotten lost, discarded or damaged by misuse, accidents, inadequate operation or maintenance or use of the product that violates the provided instructions in the manual or other indicators such as stickers etc. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to parts or the product if the serial number has been removed or changed or where any other alterations without written permission of the manufacturer took place. The warranty is valid only if the product has been used in an environment that it has been specifically designed for and if none of the above-mentioned exclusions of warranty take action. Users must ensure they have followed the installation/user/maintenance manual accordingly. If the device is conforming to this warranty, the manufacturer will primarily attempt to repair the product either using new or remanufactured replacements for defective parts. The replacement parts are warranted one additional (year) from the day they have been used in the repair. An attempt to self-repair without written permission from the manufacturer will invalidate the warranty for the product. To obtain warranty service please contact customer service. Afterimage Burn-in Prevention Please do not leave the image running on a stationary image for an extended period of time. This may cause afterimage burn-in or defective pixels. Use the power-saving mode or a dynamic screen saver or power off the product to prevent afterimage burn. Afterimage burn should not occur through normal operation. Normal operation refers to continuously changing images on the screen. Stationary images for an extended period of time can cause a slight voltage difference between electrodes in pixels that control liquid crystals. Such voltage differences can increase over time and the liquid crystals become thinner. As a result, an image can remain on the screen when the pattern changes. However, afterimage burn-in should not occur when the above mentioned precautionary steps are taken.

Using a screensaver is highly recommended. Ideally use a screensaver that is either single colored or with a moving image.
Power off
Please power off the product for approximately 2 hours for every 12 hours of usage.
