The following symbols are used on the device, in these instructions for use, on the packaging and on the type plate for the device:
Included in delivery
Check that the exterior of the cardboard delivery packaging is intact and make sure that all contents are present. Before use, ensure that there is no visible damage to the device or accessories and that all packaging material has been removed. If you have any doubts, do not use the device and contact your retailer or the specified Customer Service address.

- Non-observance of the following notes may result in personal injury or material damage (electric shock, skin burns, fire). The following safety and hazard information is not only intended to protect your health and the health of others, it should also protect the product. For this reason, pay attention to these safety notes and include these instructions when handing over the product to others.
- This foot warmer must not be used by people who are not sensitive to heat or by vulnerable people who may not be able to react to overheating (e.g. diabetics, persons with skin changes related to illness or persons with scarred skin in the area where the pad is to be applied, after taking any pain-relieving medication or alcohol).
- This foot warmer must not be used by very young children (0-3 years old) as they are unable to respond to overheating.
- This foot warmer can be used by children older than 3 and younger than 8 years of age provided they are supervised. For this, the control must always be set to the minimum temperature.
- This foot warmer may be used by children over the age of 8 and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental skills or a lack of experience or knowledge, provided that they are supervised and have been instructed on how to use the foot warmer safely, and are fully aware of the consequent risks of use.
- Children must not play with the foot warmer.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children unless supervised.
- This foot warmer is not designed for use in hospitals.
- This foot warmer is only intended for domestic/private use, not for commercial use.
- This foot warmer must not be used to keep animals warm.
- Do not use this foot warmer with shoes.
- Do not insert needles.
- Only use in dry rooms.
- Do not use if wet.
- Connect the unit only to the mains voltage listed on the type plate.
- Use only the original mains adapter provided (see “Technical data” chapter).
- The electrical and magnetic fields emitted by this foot warmer may interfere with the function of a pacemaker. However, they are still well within the limits: electrical field strength: max. 5000 V/m, magnetic field strength: max. 80 A/m, magnetic flux density: max. 0.1 millitesla. Please consult your doctor and the manufacturer of your pacemaker before using this foot warmer.
- Do not pull, twist or make sharp bends in the cables.
- If they are not positioned properly, there may be a risk of becoming entangled in, being strangled by, tripping over, or stepping on the cable and control of the foot warmer.
- The user must ensure that excess lengths of cable, and cables in general, are safely routed.
- Please check this foot warmer frequently for signs of wear and tear or damage. If any such signs are evident, if the foot warmer has been used incorrectly or if it no longer heats up, it must be checked by the manufacturer before being switched on again.
- Under no circumstances should you open or repair the foot warmer (including the accessories) yourself because faultless functionality can no longer be guaranteed thereafter. Failure to observe this will invalidate the warranty.
- If the mains connection cable of this foot warmer is damaged, it must be disposed of. If it cannot be removed, the foot warmer must be disposed of.
- When this foot warmer is switched on:
- Do not place any sharp objects on it
- Do not place any heat sources, such as hot water bottles, heat pads or similar, on it.
- The electronic components in the control warm up when the foot warmer is in use. For this reason, thecontrol must never be covered or placed on the foot warmer when it is in use.
- It is essential to observe the information relating to the following chapters: Operation, Cleaning and maintenance, Storage.

Intended use
WARNING: This product is intended for warming and massaging human feet.
NOTE: This foot warmer is suitable for feet up to shoe size 47 (EU) /12.5
(UK).
Operation
Initial use
- Connect the mains adapter cable to the foot warmer control.
- Insert the mains adapter into the socket.
Switching on
- The fastest way to warm up the foot warmer is to initially select the highest heat setting (setting 2). The setting can be reduced later if necessary.
- The foot warmer can, of course, be used at any time, even when it is switched off: its fleecy fabric will warm the feet if there is no socket nearby.
Massage settings/heat settings

- Setting I (low): relaxing massage
- Setting II (high): invigorating massage
- The sliding switch for the heat settings is in the “0” position.
Heat only:
Setting I: minimum heat
Setting II: maximum heat
The sliding switch for the massage settings is in the “0” position.
Massage with heat:
Massage and heat setting freely selectable.
No massage or heat:
Both sliding switches are set to “0”.
WARNING
If the foot warmer is being used over several hours, we recommend that you
select the lowest heat setting on the control to avoid overheating the feet,
which may lead to burns to the skin.
Switching off
To switch the foot warmer off, set the sliding switch for massage and heat
settings to the setting “0” (OFF).
NOTE : If the foot warmer is not in use, set the sliding switch to “0”
(OFF). Disconnect the mains adapter from the foot warmer. Remove the mains
adapter from the socket.
Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING : Before cleaning, always remove the mains adapter from the
socket first. Then disconnect the mains adapter cable from the foot warmer
control. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage.
IMPORTANT: The control must never come into contact with water or other
liquids, as this may cause damage
- To clean the control, use a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
- Small marks on the foot warmer can be removed with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with a little liquid detergent for delicate laundry.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the foot warmer must not be washed, chemically cleaned, wrung out, tumble dried, put through a mangle or ironed. Failure to observe this may result in damage to the foot warmer.
- The removable fleece lining can be washed by hand.
- Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure it out according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
WARNING: Only use the foot warmer again once the foot warmer and fleece insert have fully dried. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage.
Storage
If you do not plan to use the foot warmer for a long period of time, we
recommend that you store it in the original packaging.
IMPORTANT:
- Allow the foot warmer to cool down before storing. Failure to observe this may result in damage to the foot warmer.
- To avoid damaging the foot warmer, do not place any objects on top of it whilst storing.
Disposal
For environmental reasons, do not dispose of the device in the household waste at the end of its useful life. Dispose of the unit at a suitable local collection or recycling point. Dispose of the device in accordance with EC Directive – WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). If you have any questions, please contact the local authorities responsible for waste disposal.
What if there are problems?
