  • Keep packaging material away from children. There is a risk of suffocation.

Electric shock

  • As with every electrical device, use this massager carefully and cautiously to avoid danger due to electric shock.
  • Therefore, observe the following instructions for use:
  • Only use this device with the mains voltage specified on the device,
  • Never use the device if it or its accessories show visible signs of damage,
  • Do not use the device during a storm.
  • In the event of defects or operational faults, switch the device off immediately and disconnect it from the main socket. Do not pull on the mains cable or on the device to disconnect the plug from the socket.

USAGE

Positioning the Shiatsu massage seat cover

  1. Position the Shiatsu massage seat cover upright on a suitable seat with a seating surface and backrest (chair, sofa, or similar). Make sure that the entire surface of the seating surface 3 and the back section 1 are in contact with the seat.
  2. If necessary, use the flexible fastening straps 4 with hook-and-loop fastener to attach the Shiatsu massage seat cover.
  3. Ensure that the main cable does not pose a trip hazard. Insert the mains plug 7 into a suitable socket.

Starting use

  • CAUTION Do not force or jam any part of your body, in particular your fingers, between the rotating massage heads 2 or their holders in the device.
  • At first, just press your back carefully against the Shiatsu massage seat cover.
  • Then check carefully whether the massage position is pleasant for you and then shift your weight gradually towards the Shiatsu massage seat cover.
  • The massage should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If the massage is painful or uncomfortable, stop the massage or change your position or the contact pressure.
  1. Selecting the seat position: Sit comfortably and upright on the Shiatsu massage seat cover. Take care to ensure you are positioned in the middle and that the massage heads 2 can move to the left and right of your spine.
  2. Plugging in the device: Insert the mains plug into a suitable socket. The status LED starts flashing green. The device is now in standby mode.
  3. Switching on the device: Press the On/Off/intensity button 6. The status LED 5 starts to light up steady green. The rotating massage heads 2 travel slowly upwards from the starting position in the lowest area of the back and then move up and down in the back section 1.
  4. Adjusting the intensity level: The device has two intensity levels. To switch between the two intensity levels, press the On/Off/intensity button
  5. during the massage.
    • Status   LED 5 green = low intensity
    • Status LED 5 blue = high intensity
  6. 5. Switching off the device: To switch the device off, press and hold the On/Off/intensity button 6 for 2 seconds. The status LED 5 starts flashing green. The massage heads slowly return to their starting position. This may take a few seconds depending on the position of the massage heads. Wait until the massage heads have reached their starting position. Only then pull the mains plug out of the socket. Do not disconnect the Shiatsu massage seat cover from the power supply while it is in operation. Always switch off the device first and wait until the massage heads have reached their starting position.

Maximum application time/automatic switch-off:

  • As soon as the Shiatsu massage seat cover is switched on, the automatic switch-off function will be activated automatically and preset to 15 minutes.

NOTICE

  • Use the massager for max. 15 minutes and then leave it to cool down. Long massages can lead to over-stimulation of the muscles, creating tension instead of aiding relaxation.
  • You can end the massage at any time by pressing the On/Off/intensity button 6.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

CAUTION

  • Unplug the device each time before cleaning.
  • Clean the device using only the methods specified.
  • Liquid must not penetrate the device or the accessories under any circumstances.
  • Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry detergent where necessary. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products.
  • Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.

Maintenance
