Safety warning instructions

Please read and understand the following precautions carefully before using this product.

• The machine should be placed in environment that does not hinder good ventilation.
• Do not place the machine on an unstable, underweight cart/shelf or table.
• The machine must be firmly fixed on the wall by professionals.
• I Class product (usually equipped with three-core power cord, needs to be grounded) should be connected to the grid power output socket with a protective ground connection.
• The terminals marked with are dangerously, and the external wires connected to these terminals need to be installed by instructed personnel or use ready-made leads and flexible wires.
• The battery must not be exposed to such as sunlight, fire or similar overheating environment. To protect environment, used batteries should be disposed of in accordance with the recycling implemented in the region.
• Before connecting the machine to external AC power supply, please ensure that the grounding is good, otherwise the product touch may be out of control and affect user experience.

Precautions for use

1. Moving products

Be noted when moving the product, make sure the plug is unplugged from the power outlet and any cables are disconnected.

Make sure at least two people and keep touch panel stand upright when moving

Do not point the touch panel face up or down when moving

2. Do not climb
   It’s dangerous to climb or hang on it.

3. Not in use for a long time, disconnect the power
   Standby mode is still power on
   

4. Don’t touch it when thunder or lightning occurs.
   Antenna \ power cable \ etc, will take you in dangerous

5. Don’ t try to fix it without guidance Consulting service technician

6. Fire and smoke
   Immediately turn off the product and unplug the power cable

7. Fall down to damage
   Disconnect the power cable immediately after contact service technician

8. Unplug the power cable before cleaning
   Do not use some dangerous material to clean the product as such gasoline, solvents.

   • Please try to use gently wipe the LED screen with a soft, dry cloth.

Device connection instruction

External computer connected to the interactive flat panel

• Use HDMI cable to connect external computer to the front HDMI port at the bottom of panel.
• Use USB cable to connect USB port of external computer to the front USB-Touch port at the bottom of panel.
• After the connection is completed, open panel and computer, use remote control or touch the menu to select the corresponding signal source.
• Follow the on-screen display to confirm the signal source.

When connecting to an external computer, set the best resolution to 3840*2160 (some cables need to be provided by users)

• Connect to a projection or panel through DP (or VGA) and HDMI output port on the PC.

2. Precautions

   • Please open the battery cover on the back of remote controller before use, insert two AAA batteries according to the polarity marked in the battery box and close the cover.
   • Please aim the remote control at the receiver on front frame of the machine. If there is an obstacle between the machine and remote control, it may fail.
   • In order to ensure the good operating mote control, if the operation is found to be abnormal, please replace the battery immediately.
   • If users do not use remote control for a long time, please take out the battery to prevent the battery from leaking electrolyte.

System operation instructions

1. Power on /off

   • Please make sure that the power cord is correctly inserted into the AC interface, and turn on the power of panel. At this time, the power indicator is steady red.
   • Short press the power button of panel, the system can start normally, the power indicator light will be steady blue.
   • In the power-on state, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to shut down normally. When it shuts down by default, the system will shut down both the Android and Windows at the same time without shutting down the OPS system separately.

2. Screen energy saving

   • In the power-on state, short press the power button, the system will turn off the backlight and enter energy-saving mode. At this time, the power indicator flashes in blue. After the backlight turning off, short press the power button of panel or touch the screen to resume normal display.

3. OPS system restore

   • When the built-in OPS has a system failure, users can press the front button to restore the Windows system to factory state.
   • When the system is restored, the OPS user data will be cleared. Please back up private data before restoration to prevent loss.

4. Home application
   

   • Tap the icon enter the file manager interface, users can view all files in internal storage and mobile storage, and support classified browsing mode. After selecting a file, you can perform common file operations such as sharing, copying, cutting, pasting, deleting, and renaming.
     

   • Tap the icon enter the signal source selection interface, users can select the signal channel by pressing the . When a signal is inserted, there is a signal detection prompt (the indicator light will be bright green when there is a signal, and the indicator light will be gray when there is no signal), and can click to change the name of signal source.
     

   • Tap the icon enter the wireless mirroring interface, and support users to use mirror device (need to be purchased out),mobile phones, iOS devices, notebooks and other mobile terminals for wireless screen mirroring. Such as E-Share.
     

5. Central control menu
   In any channel, gestures to swipe up from the bottom of the screen, or tap the small bar icons on the left and right of screen to bring up the navigation center control menu.
   

6. MENU shortcut function
   Use the remote control or the sidebar to call up the MENU, and click the corresponding icon to select the shortcut function.

   • Settings: Quickly enter the Android settings.
   • WIFI: Quickly enter the wireless network settings.
   • Spotlight: A bright focus circle appears on the entire screen, and the highlight range can be adjusted.
   • Screen shot: can select a rectangle, take a screenshot of the full screen, and take a screenshot of the drawn area;
   • Timer: Click it, select minutes and seconds, and touch to start timing, after pausing the timer, touch to return to the set initial value, click to display in full screen during timing, and click “Exit” to exit full screen mode, can move it to any position on the screen, click X to close the timer menu.

7. System function settings
   The system provides a variety of settings, users can achieve different functional requirements or adjustments through settings. Click in more applications or click in the central control menu to enter the settings menu application:
   7.1 Common Functions
   

   • Auto sleep: users can set “auto sleep” function to turn on or off. After it’s turned on, the whole machine will automatically enter the sleep state after 15 minutes under the no signal channel.

   • Boot channel: users can set the system to automatically enter a channel after booting such as Android, OPS, front HDMI, HDMI1, VGA, last channel. (The “last channel” is the channel where the machine was closed last time)

   • OPS Boot: users can choose to set the start mode of “OPS signal source only” or “any signal source”

   • Temperature display: users can set whether to open the temperature monitoring function of machine.

   • Network wake up: The system can be set to wake up remotely via the network in standby mode (need to cooperate with third-party tools).
     7.2 Network
     Through the network setting interface, users can conveniently set up wired network, wireless network, hotspot and Bluetooth functions.
     
     Set hotspot: can modify the network name, if users need a password to connect to the hotspot, also need to set a password and AP band, then click to save.Finally, exit and then enter this option and turn on the hotspot setting
     7.3 Display
     In the display setting interface, users can set brightness mode, cover screen off, wallpaper, lock screen, and system assistant.
     

   • Brightness mode: users can choose to set three brightness modes of “custom”, “auto” and “energy saving”. Only in the custom mode, can manually adjust the brightness of machine.In energy-saving mode, the brightness is fixed at 50.

   • Cover screen off: users can choose to turn on or off the “cover screen off” function, after turning on it, use the palm or an opaque object to cover the bottom frame of panel, the machine will enter the screen energy-saving state, and cover it again to turn on the backlight.

   • Set wallpaper: users can set the system wallpaper, and support to choose a picture to customize the wallpaper.

   • System Assistant: users can set whether to open the system assistant (floating menu), and support customization to add system tools or  application program to the floating menu.

   • Lock screen: turn on the lock screen function, the system needs to enter a password or gesture to unlock the screen before starting to enter the main interface.It can enter “2580” super password to unlock the screen.
     7.4 Reset:
     In the factory reset interface, users can clear the data and restore system factory settings.
     This function will delete all the user’s personal data, please operate it with caution.

8. App lock
   Click the application lock icon on the Android application list , to enter the setting interface. Need to set a password before lock an app for the first time, after setting an app lock, must enter the password before it run.
   

9. Floating menu
   The floating menu (system assistant) can be used in any channel, or can also be called by pressing the screen with 3 fingers for about 3 seconds. It can quickly execute related applications, and the system supports customization to add other applications to the floating menu.

   • The icon floating on the desktop can be moved freely and displayed in any interface.
   • Press with 3 fingers at any position on the screen for 2 seconds, and the icon will automatically move to the finger position.
   • Add/Delete: Click the “More” icon in the floating menu, and select the application to add or delete in the interface.users can choose to close or open the floating menu function.
     

10. Whiteboard:
    The built-in whiteboard writing function can be accessed through the homepage application.
    The whiteboard program provides convenient writing tools and a variety of methods to save the contents of the blackboard.

Daily maintenance

Proper maintenance can prevent many early failures, regular cleaning can avoid affecting operation, while avoid affecting the display and perfect appearance.

1. Clean screen
   • Use soft cloth to gently wipe dust and other objects on the screen glass.
   • Avoid repeated wiping with sharp tools to scratches or damage the screen glass.
   • If it is difficult to wipe off the objects with dry cloth, users can dip the cloth in a small amount of water, neutral detergent and glass cleaner, and prohibit the use of organic solvents.
   • Be careful not to squeeze water out into the machine.
2. Clean the frame
   • Use a dry and soft cloth to wipe the front frame and pay attention to inspection to prevent the front it from being scratched by objects.
   • Clean the place where the glass around the touch panel and the front frame are combined, avoid accumulation of dust or other objects.
3. When the panel is not used for a long time, please unplug the power and remove the batteries of remote control.

2. Period of environmentally friendly use and hazardous substances.
   The “Environmental Use Period” on the product and remote control is shown on the left. They are 10 years.The environmental protection use period of replaceable parts such as batteries may be different from The “Environmental Protection Use Period” is valid only the product is used in the normal environment described in the manual.

3. Product recycling and reuse

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
