Safety warning instructions

• The machine should be placed in environment that does not hinder good ventilation.
• Do not place the machine on an unstable, underweight cart/shelf or table.
• The machine must be firmly fixed on the wall by professionals.

Precautions for use

Device connection instruction

1. External computer connected to the interactive flat panel
   • Use HDMI cable to connect external computer to the front HDMI port at the bottom of panel.
   • Use USB cable to connect USB port of external computer to the front USB-Touch port at the bottom of panel.
   • After the connection is completed, open panel and computer, use remote control or touch the menu to select the corresponding signal source.
   • Follow the on-screen display to confirm the signal source.
     

When connecting to an external computer, set the best resolution to 3840*2160 (some cables need to be provided by users)

• Connect to a projection or panel through DP (or VGA) and HDMI output port on the PC.

Precautions

• Please open the battery cover on the back of remote controller before use, insert two AAA batteries according to the polarity marked in the battery box and close the cover.
• Please aim the remote control at the receiver on front frame of the machine. If there is an obstacle between the machine and remote control, it may fail.
• In order to ensure the good operating mote control, if the operation is found to be abnormal, please replace the battery immediately.
• If users do not use remote control for a long time, please take out the battery to prevent the battery from leaking electrolyte.

System operation instructions

1. Power on /off

   • Please make sure that the power cord is correctly inserted into the AC interface, and turn on the power of panel. At this time, the power indicator is steady red.
   • Short press the power button of panel, the system can start normally, the power indicator light will be steady blue.
   • In the power-on state, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to shut down normally. When it shuts down by default, the system will shut down both the Android and Windows at the same time without shutting down the OPS system separately.

2. Screen energy saving

   • In the power-on state, short press the power button, the system will turn off the backlight and enter energy-saving mode. At this time, the power indicator flashes in blue.After the backlight turning off, short press the power button of panel or touch the screen to resume normal display.

3. OPS system restore

   • When the built-in OPS has a system failure, users can press the front button to restore the Windows system to factory state.
   • When the system is restored, the OPS user data will be cleared. Please back up private data before restoration to prevent loss.

4. Sidebar shortcut menu
   The sidebar is divided into left and right sidebars, click the icon on the left/right side of the screen ,The sidebar can be called up, and the expanded function keys are back, home page, task, annotation, signal source, and side menu.

   • Return: click icon to return or exit the current program.
   • Home: click icon to enter the main interface of the Android system.
   • Task: click icon to enter the task management interface, you can choose to open or close the application.
   • Comment: click icon to open the annotation.

Comment column operation instructions:

Click : Currently in brush mode, call out the writing

menu : You can set the brush color and size.

Click : Enable the eraser.

Click : It is currently in the annotation mode, exit the annotation mode, and the current non-annotation mode, enter the annotation adding page.
Click : Open the annotation drop-down menu.
Click Select QR code sharing to scan the code and take it away.Click Whiteboard can be imported
Click Exit annotation mode.

• Source: click icon, call out the signal source channel list, the user can choose to switch the desired channel. ‹ Side menu: click icon to bring up the side menu, as shown in the following figure. The panel contains widget display, common application shortcut functions, and custom added applications, brightness, sound, and notification center information.

Pull up the central control menu

Use gestures to touch and pull up from the bottom of the screen to display the central control menu. The expanded function buttons are Back, Home, Tasks, Input Source, Settings, Volume-, Volume+, Backlight-, Backlight+, Whiteboard, Comments, screenshots, child lock, power.

1. Return
   Click icon to return or exit the current program.

2. Home
   Click  icon to enter the main interface of the Android system.

3. Task
   Click  icon to enter the Android system task management interface, you can choose to open or close the application.

   • In the multitasking state, touch the task list area and swipe up and down to view the task list.
   • Touch the task thumbnail and swipe left or right until you slide out of the task list area to release the thumbnail to close.

4. Input source
   Click icon to call out the source channel list, and the user can choose to switch the desired channel.

5. Set up
   Click   icon to call out the system touch menu, and the user can set the corresponding system function to the system.

6. Volume plus or minus
   Click icon to turn down the volume of the Smart electronic blackboard.Click icon to turn up the volume of the Smart electronic blackboard.

7. Backlight brightness plus or minus.
   Click icon to decrease screen brightness.Click icon to increase screen brightness.

8. Drawboard
   Click icon, enter the system’s built-in whiteboard software to perform operations such as writing and erasing.

9. Annotation
   Click icon, you can open the annotation for writing, and the annotation content can be saved.

10. Screenshot
    Click icon to take a screenshot of the current interface, and the screenshot supports drag and drop to adjust the size.

System settings

Click Settings in the Android main interface or other shortcut menus to enter the system settings menu:

1. Personalize
   Personalized settings interface, users can customize and replace personalized settings such as device name, system theme, wallpaper, display size, color temperature style, screen saver, etc.

2. Network settings
   Through the network setting interface, you can set functions such as wired network, wireless network, wireless hotspot and Bluetooth. When needed, just turn on the corresponding switch button, follow the system prompts to connect and configure it to use.

3. Smart settings

   • In the intelligent setting interface, there are function settings such as energy saving mode setting, power on/off setting, channel setting, security setting, etc., which can adjust the corresponding functions of the system.

   • Energy-saving mode: You can set the sleep time of the machine (5 minutes to 60 minutes), and you can also set whether to leave the screen or screen saver after sleeping. After setting, the system can enter hibernation or screen saver without any operation.
     

   • Timed switch machine: After setting the startup time or shutdown time, the system will automatically start or shut down when the set time is up, and can be set to switch on and off once or repeatedly according to rules.
     

   • Channel Settings: Set the default channel selection after the system is powered on, and supports clicking Custom channel name.
     

   • Security settings: enable or disable USB lock, screen lock, application lock and PC touch lock function, and support password modification of the corresponding lock class, the default password is 2580.
     

   • More function settings: You can set the power button, floating menu, sidebar, photosensitive, centralized control, temperature monitoring, five-finger screen off, three-finger screen off and other function switches.
     Among them, the power button supports three-in-one (energy saving, shutting down the computer and shutting down the whole machine), two-in one (energy saving and shutting down the whole machine) and shut down (turning off the whole machine); Switch; when using the central control to control through the RS232 serial port, you need to open the “centralized control” switch.
     

4. Channel settings

   • This setting can only be switched to the channel option under the digital TV or analog TV channel, and its functions are as follows:
   • Manual Search: Search for a specific station by manually switching channels.
   • Auto search: After selecting the auto search, the channel will be automatically detected and saved with signal stations.
   • Program List: The searched channels will be displayed in the program list, and users can switch to view the existing channels in this list.

5. System settings

   • The system setting options are mainly for language and input method, time setting and system update and upgrade, etc. You can also view system version information and built-in storage usage.
   • Language and input method: You can choose to change the system language, mainly including Chinese, English, Italian, French, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, etc. 9; you can choose to change the input method, the default is Android keyboard (English), Sogou input Method, Google Input Method (Chinese), other input methods can be installed and added.
   • Time and date: You can adjust the time and set the time zone, and support automatic adjustment when networking.
   • Image setting: This function acts on the channel and is mainly used to adjust the image quality of the channel and the ratio of the channel image.
   • Sound Settings: Adjust the sound and set the sound mode, the sound mode includes: Standard, News, Music, Cinema, Sports, User.
   • System Information: You can view information such as system version information and built-in storage usage.
   • System update: support restoring factory settings and system firmware update, local update method: copy the firmware to the root directory of the FAT32 format U disk, connect the U disk to the USB interface of the all-in-one computer, and select local update. (Factory reset and firmware update will clear all your personal information and data, please back up before updating).
     

Floating menu

The floating menu can be clicked and used in any channel, you can quickly launch the applications in the menu, or you can customize and add other applications to the floating menu bar. floating on the desktop The icon can be moved freely and displayed under any channel.

• Press the screen with 3 fingers for 3 seconds at any position, and the icon of the floating menu will automatically move to the 3-finger pressing position.
• Add: click icon, and select the application you want to add in the pop-up menu bar. Delete: long press the icon of the application to be deleted to enter the editable state, click The shortcut icon for the app can be deleted.
  

Whiteboard softwareClick the writing whiteboard icon on the main interface The whiteboard software can be started, and the default brush tool of the writing whiteboard is selected, which can be directly written, and supports single-point mode and multi-point mode, and multi-point supports up to 20 points.

• Whiteboard content menu: Click in the lower left corner of the interface (menu icon), pops up and displays the lower-level context menu.
  
  Operation description of the whiteboard content menu icon function:

  1. Open: click icon to open the file in the saved whiteboard file directory (the default path directory is built-in storage/Writeboard), click the file to open it directly, and perform functions such as editing and saving again.

  2. Save: click icon to save the content currently being written, the default time is named and saved, the user can customize the name and save, and the user can choose the built-in storage or U disk to save the whiteboard file.

  3. Export: point icon, export the content written on the whiteboard in the image format *.jpg, and the storage location of the exported image can be selected from the built-in storage or U disk.

  4. Insert: point icon, open the picture file in local storage or U disk, the user can select the picture and insert it into the whiteboard, and can mark and write the picture.

  5. Email: click icon, when using the email sending function, you need to set the email sender’s email information on the email login interface and log in; after logging in successfully, enter the recipient’s email address to send the whiteboard record, and the sending format is a PDF file.
     

  6. Exit: click icon, when the whiteboard has content, a pop-up prompt will pop up when exiting the whiteboard: the whiteboard has not been saved, do you want to save the whiteboard and then exit the whiteboard? Function operation is performed according to whether or not; if there is no content on the whiteboard, click Exit Whiteboard to exit.

• Scan code to share: click icon, select the sharing type, and when the network is connected, a QR code window can be generated, and the current meeting record can be scanned and taken away through the WeChat scan function; QR code sharing is divided into current page sharing and all sharing.
  

• As shown in the figure above, after the QR code is generated, you can click the lock icon to activate the QR code lock mode, and the password is displayed next to it. After scanning the QR code, you must enter the password to view the file; you can also scan the code directly. Share without lock. Common tool functions
  

  1. Click icon to enter the brush tool selection interface, where you can select the brush thickness and color.

  4. Click icon to undo the previous operation, up to 50 steps can be undone at a time.

  6. Click icon, the interface is switched from the writing mode to the selection mode, and the handwriting and shape in the whiteboard can be selected, and then functions such as moving, deleting, rotating, and zooming can be realized.
  7. Click The icon can be switched in single-point/multi-point mode. In single-point mode, it supports multi-point movement, zooming and other functions; in multi-point mode, it supports simultaneous writing with multiple pens.
  8. Click icon to bring up the slider manual Swipe the icon to the right to clear the current screen writing.
  9. Click icon, realize the left and right switching function, put more function icons, scan codes, switch function icons with up and down page icons, page number preview icons, and page add function icons Switch the left and right positions.
  10. Click icon to enter the page preview pop-up interface, where you can preview, add, and delete content on multiple pages.
      

Simple troubleshooting

Interactive flat panel does not work properly.

Remote control malfunction| 1. Check whether there is any obstruction between the remote control and the receiver of the machine.

3. Check if there is no signal input.
4. Check whether the backlight is turned off by mispressing the button.

Built-in PC display abnormal

Daily maintenance

Proper maintenance can prevent many early failures, regular cleaning can avoid affecting operation, while avoid affecting the display and perfect appearance.

1. Clean screen
   • Use soft cloth to gently wipe dust and other objects on the screen glass.
   • Avoid repeated wiping with sharp tools to scratches or damage the screen glass.
   • If it is difficult to wipe off the objects with dry cloth, users can dip the cloth in a small amount of water, neutral detergent and glass cleaner, and prohibit the use of organic solvents.
   • Be careful not to squeeze water out into the machine.
2. Clean the frame
   • Use a dry and soft cloth to wipe the front frame and pay attention to inspection to prevent the front it from being scratched by objects.
   • Clean the place where the glass around the touch panel and the front frame are combined, avoid accumulation of dust or other objects.
3. When the panel is not used for a long time, please unplug the power and remove the batteries of remote control.
