Welcome to use our device， please read this manual carefully to install and operate the device exactly. This user manual is for reference only. If some contents and operation steps are inconsistent with those for the actual product, the latter will prevail. With GPT49 Years Standby Tracker, we can monitor your vehicle or asset by GNSS(satellite positioning system), GPRS/WCDMA/LTE FDD/LTE TDD communication and the Internet, remote location of vehicles or assets can be achieved through a powerful service platform. SIM Card Installation
Open the back doorcase, check if the device is OK and the accessories are
intact
Note
- Please power off the device before installing or uninstalling the SIM card.
- Open SIM’s traffic transmission to send data.
- If the PIN code of the SIM card enables, please use your mobile phone to disable the PIN code.
- Please make sure the SIM card has sufficient balance.
Test & Installation
Power on/off
After SIM installation, Turn on/off the power switch, the device will power on/off.
LED Indicators
The Red LED flickers fast when the device is searching for GSM/WCDMA/LTE
network, it flickers slowly when the device has registered the network
successfully.
The Blue LED flickers fast when the device is searching for the GNSS satellite
signal, it flickers slowly when the device has searched the satellites and can
be positioned.

Install Device
Close the device door, Stick Velcro to the bottom of GPT46 and instill it.

Log in to the service platform to set or track the device, ask your dealer
for the WWW address
Smart phone application|
Use the smartphone APP, and ask your dealer to get the installation
package. For example, Remotely configuration by Keelin APP
SMS
You can write a positioning SMS sending to the device to inquiry position,
the device will reply position SMS or map link once it wakes up. You also can
set the administrator numbers to get remove the alarm. For the SMS commands
please refer to the Operation Commands.
Device Alarm
Remove Alarm
Conditions: When the device is removed.
Note: Light Sensor detect any light that will trigger this alarm
Geo-fence Alarm
Conditions: when the vehicle entry / exit / across the Geo-fence.
Note: You need to set the conditions of crossing fences, fence types, and so
on.
Low Battery Alarm
Conditions: When the device’s battery power falls below a certain value .
Note: Alarm parameters must be set before work in 6.2, Please refer to the
Troubleshooting
Cannot connect platform
The device is never online on the position server when installed at the first time. Please check the device:
- If power cables wired correctly? Pay attention to not connecting them to controlling cables of the vehicle.
- Is the SIM card installed correctly? Please refer to the installation instructions.
- Check the status of LED indicators. If the device is OK, red and blue LED will intermittently and slowly flick.
- Inquiry parameters of the device via commands and check replied parameters.
Offline status
First check if LED indicators are OK, if cannot check them, you can check the SIM card by following the next steps:
- call the SIM card of the device and check if you can hear the connecting ring.
- Check if the vehicle is in the area where there is no GSM/WCDMA/LTE signal.
- Check if one device or all devices are offline in the area. If all devices are offline, you should ask the operator If the network is OK.
- Check if the SIM card has enough balance.
- If the device becomes offline on the last day of one month, please check data transferring is closed or not.
- Inquiry parameters of the device via commands and check replied parameters.
No positioned
If the GNSS is active, but the device cannot be positioned for a long time, please check the device:
- If the vehicle is in a place where there is no GNSS signal.
- The upside of the device should be installed with a face toward the sky.
- The GSM/WCDMA/LTE FDD/LTE TDD and GNSS signal may be weakened if the device is installed in a place with electromagnetic wave absorption material(such as metal blocks), special attention should be paid if there is a metal thermal insulation layer or heating layer on the front windshield, so that the position accuracy will decline, and the severe ones will not be positioned.
Position drift
Serious position drift will be found in places where the GNSS signal is poor. Please drive the vehicle to the open places.
Commands receiving abnormally
- Check the format of the command.
- Check if the vehicle is in the places where there is a GSM signal.
- Check if the SIM card is properly installed.
Warranty Rules
Special statement
- Technology changes without notice.
- If the color and appearance are inconsistent with those of the actual product, the latter will prevail.
- The warranty card is only valid for devices with the following IMEI.
- Please take care of the warranty card and show it with the original purchase receipts when enjoying the warranty service.
Warranty period
From the date of purchase, the passive waste host has one year warranty.
After-sales
Any of the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty, but may be appropriate to pay for repair:
- More than the warranty period.
- Unauthorized removal or repair damaged.
- Damage caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, and custody.
- IMEI label is torn or Obscure.
- Warranty certificate and product models do not match or warranty certificate be altered.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
