Instructions

This section provides information on how to use the product correctly. Following these instructions is critical to ensure user safety and service life.

Bluetooth Pairing
Please connect the backpack to a power bank first, download the OKAI app and register an account, then search for nearby Bluetooth devices and pair the backpack.

Charging
You can charge your phone by connecting it to the external USB cable, with the cable’s other end connected to the backpack’s charging port (separate power bank required), and the power bank can also be charged by connecting a power source to the backpack.

Reset
You can replace the power bank with a new one after the backpack is powered off, and then activate the new one by pressing the reset button.

UV Disinfection
Open the disinfection section, put in any objects that need to be disinfected, close the magnetic cover, set the disinfection time via the app, and start the disinfection process. Disinfection will automatically stop when the time is up.

Light Display Switch
The glow color and mode can be configured via the app when the backpack is connected.

Fingerprint Lock
You can add a new fingerprint after the backpack is connected to the app and unlock the app via fingerprint.

  • The backpack contains electronics and is only water-resistant for a short time; please do not cycle in the rain for a long time wearing the backpack.
  • Ensure the charging port remains clean and dry during the charging process.
  • The product includes a built-in circuit board, do not disassemble, crush, heat, or burn the product; Do Not use sharp objects, screwdrivers, or other tools to puncture or pry the circuit board, or perform any other operations that may cause irreversible damage to the circuit board.
  • Please do not place sharp objects in the backpack to avoid damaging it.

Terms of Warranty

  • If there are any inconsistencies with or omissions from national regulations below, the national regulations will prevail.
  • This product includes a free product defect warranty period of one year from the date of purchase. A replacement will be issued within 15 days after a quality check.
  • OKAI does not assume warranty liability for other attached items of the product (e.g., the quick start guide and packaging).-

Warranty Description

The scope of the warranty service is limited to normal use only. The warranty is not valid for any damages caused by factors other than quality defects in one of the following scenarios. In these circumstances, OKAI provides repairs at a fee.

  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The user has no proof of warranty or valid invoice, except in cases where the user can otherwise prove the product is within a valid warranty period.
  • The contents of the proof of warranty do not correspond with the physical nature of the product or have been altered.
  • The product was damaged by the user’s failure to store, maintain, or use the product according to instructions.
  • The product was damaged by disassembly from a service store not authorized by OKAI.
  • The product was damaged by a force majeure event.
  • The product has experienced natural wear and tear in areas such as the exterior, keys, paint, and accessories.
  • The product has other failures, defects, or blemishes not attributable to OKAI.

Wearing the Helmet: Warnings and Instructions

  • If the backpack sustains a significant impact, stop using it or consider whether you should keep using it.
  • Properly store the backpack. Do not clean it with solvents or other corrosive solvents, do not heat or throw the backpack.
  • Do not modify the backpack.
  • The product should be transported and stored in such a way as to avoid crushing, exposure to moisture, and corrosion from organic compounds.
  • Storage: Please store the backpack in a ventilated room with a relative humidity of no more than 85% and free corrosive gas, since the backpack contains lamp beads.
  • Transport: Rain, snow, and strong mechanical vibration should be avoided in transportation since the backpack contains lamp beads.
