3-1. Mechanical Capacity Test

Whole vehicle falling test| E14619（6）| Okai standard| The actual test standard is better than the reference standard .The height above ground for the frontwheel is 400 mm,for the rear wheelis 300mm,the diameter of the weights is 300 mm and the weights is 70KG.There is a piece of rubber attached at the bottom of the weights ,with a thickness of 17mmand a hardness of 70_shore _A.Drop the vehicle for three times .The test method is shown in PIC.2.
Test standard for front steering tube
Falling test| EN14619（5）| Okai standard| The test standard is higher than the reference standard. We put a weight of 50kg and hang it on the handle bar for 5 minutes on both sides.
The test method is shown in PIC 3.

3-2. Battery safety performance

with a wire ≤ 20m Ω under a single fault condition ,and no explosive short circuit occur.
Vibration Test| EN50604| EN50604| After fully charged,repeat the sinusoidal7HZ-200HZ-7HZ 12 times within 15 Minutes,in total for 13 hours.Repeat the test in each direction.Logarithmic frequency,7 HZ-18HZ,1GN acceleration,amplitude 0.8mm(total offset 1.6mm),then increase the frequency to 50HZ(8GN),keep accelerating from 8GN to 200HZ,then apply two times standardized charge and discharge cycles after the vibration is completed.No leakage,the battery case does not rupture,neither fire nor explosion.
Falling test| UL2271| UL2271| Fully charged samples should go through three times falls at a 1 meter height,after that should still can be normally charged and discharge.
High and low Temperature Test| UL2271| UL2271| Place the fully charged battery inside a thermostat with a condition of 93% humidity at 70℃ for 72 hours,the battery charge protection temperature is 55±5℃,the discharge protection
temperature is 70±5℃,to ensure the battery is in a protected state.Take out the battery and placed at room temperature,the battery performs back to normal after 2 hours.Place the fully
charged battery in a cryostat at -20℃ for 70 hours,the battery charing protection temperature is 0±5℃,the discharge protection temperature is -15±5℃,to ensure thebattery is in a protective state.Take out the battery and placed at room temperature for 4 hours.The battery performs back to normal.
Soak Test| UL2271| UL2271| immerse the fully charged battery in 5% saline water, and charge and discharge the battery normally for 2 hours.

10.2 When encountering downhill roads, please slow down in advance and maintain low speed riding;
10.3 Do not use the scooter in severe and harsh environment conditions such as heavy rain, heavy snow, or large puddles;
10.4 Do not use chargers or other parts that are not provided by our company to avoid malfunctions and accidents from happening;
10.5 Do not use the scooter in countries, regions or areas where the law and the relevant management units are not allowed to use or access;
10.6 Avoid driving in places where is highly likely proving to be risk factors or does not fit the requirements of product using, such as deep pits, cracks, puddles or bumpy roads over 3 cm depth hollow;
10.7 Do not drive the scooter to climb up or downstairs, and it is forbidden to flip or drive at a high speed over bumpy roads under any circumstances;
10.8 It is forbidden for children under the age of 14 and older persons over the age of 65 to drive the scooter;
10.9 Pregnant women, after drinking, mentally ill, heart disease, and people with limited ability are prohibited from driving.
