Safety Instructions
- Position on a flat, stable surface.
- A service agent/qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required. Do not remove any components on this product.
- Consult Local and National Standards to comply with the following:
- Health and Safety at Work Legislation
- Fire Precautions
- Wiring Regulations
- Building Regulations
- This product is not intended to be used for liquids. DO NOT immerse the appliance in water.
- The sealing bar becomes hot during use. DO NOT touch the sealing bar during or immediately after operation.
- Do not turn Off at the plug to halt operation; always use the Cancel button.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- Only use bags recommended by the supplier/manufacturer with the appliance.
- Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the appliance when not in use.
- Not suitable for outdoor use.
- Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance to the regulations of local authorities.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an APURO agent or a recommended qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- APURO recommend that this appliance should be periodically tested (at least annually) by a Competent Person. Testing should include, but not be limited to: Visual Inspection, Polarity Test, Earth Continuity, Insulation Continuity and Functional Test.

Vacuum & Seal Button / Cancel
- Press to start automatic operation of vacuuming the bag and then automatically seal the bag when vacuum is completed
- Press to stop the Vacuum cycle and release lid

Manual Seal
- Use to seal open end of a bag when making bags from roll
- During automatic ‘Vacuum and Seal’ function press to immediately start the bag sealing process (to avoid crushing delicate items)

Vacuum Time Screen
Shows the working time and progress of vacuuming -
Vacuum Time Adjusting Button (Vac Time “+” or “-”)
Simply adjust the vacuum time “up” or “down” by using “+” or “-” buttons -
Seal Time Screen
Shows the working time and progress of sealing function -
Seal Time Adjusting Button (Seal Time “+” or “-”)
Simply adjust the seal time “up” or “down” by using “+” or “-” buttons -
Vacuum Gauge
Shows the vacuum level inside the vacuum chamber
Operation
Plug in Vacuum PackMachine and turn on Power Switch. The machine is now ready for use.
Vacuum Packing Food

Place the food inside in the bag

Allow minimum of 25mm-50mm of space at the top of bag to ensure a good seal.

Place the open end of the bag across the sealing bar. Close lid.

Press the Vacuum/Seal button
-
The machine goes to vacuum cycle. When vacuuming, vacuum time will be shown on the Digital Display and count down from default setting to 0.
(Note: Vacuum time is adjustable from 20-99 seconds.) -
At anytime during vacuum cycle pressing the ‘Manual Seal’ button will override timer and complete the vacuuming and sealing cycle.

After the vacuum process the machine automatically goes to sealing cycle.

When sealing, seal time will be shown on the Digital Display and count down from default setting to 0.(Note: Seal time is adjustable from 3-9 seconds. If the setting time is 0, the machine will not seal.)

Take out the bag and check the vacuum and seal.
(Note: A good seal will look clear upon inspection. If the seal is spotty, incomplete, wrinkled, white or milky, remove sealed portion and run vacuum and seal process again.) -
Press “Cancel” button to stop the machine at any time.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
- Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the appliance.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Troubleshooting
A qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.

Electrical Wiring
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket. This appliance is wired as follows:
- Live wire (colored brown) to the terminal marked L
- Neutral wire (colored blue) to terminal marked N
- Earth wire (colored green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed. If in doubt consult a qualified electrician. Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.
