PAIRING REMOTE STEP
Press and hold the Home button for about 10-15 seconds, then release when the
LED starts to rapidly flash, waiting about 60 seconds(Entering Pairing mode,
LED Flash), then the remote should automatically pair with your device.
When the light goes out if the remote still does not Pair success, Please
Firstly Remember:
- Unplug the power cord and then plug back the power cord of the Amazon Fire device.
- Remove the battery and insert back the battery of the remote.
- Then Repeat the pairing step: Press and hold the Home button for about 10-15 seconds, When the LED starts to rapidly flash then release, waiting about 60 seconds(Entering Pair mode, LED Flash), then the remote should automatically pair with your device.
PRESS THE HOME BUTTON 10-15 SECONDS
RESET REMOTE
Having trouble with your remote, first, remove and reinsert the new alkaline batteries in your remote. then Reset your remote as below:

Reset your Alexa Voice Remote if it doesn’t connect to your Fire TV device.
To reset your remote:
Place your remote within 10 feet of your Fire TV device.
- Press and Hold the Left, Menu, and Back buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. then release.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Remove the battery and insert back the battery of the remote.
- Unplug the power cord and then plug back the power cord of the Amazon Fire device.
- Turn on your Fire TV device, and wait for the Home Screen to display.
- Press the Home button and Hold for about 10-15 seconds, Until the LED starts to rapidly flash then release, waiting about 60 seconds(Entering Pair mode, LED Flash), then the remote should automatically pair with your device.
- IF still not Pair success, please repeat the above 1-6 step
HAVING TROUBLE
If your remote is still having trouble, you can try these additional tips:

Replace the brand new alkaline batteries in your remote, and make sure that they are inserted correctly.

Checking Wi-Fi
• Use the 5GHz band on your wireless route ( for best Wi-Fi performance.
• If you see a lock icon, your Wi-Fi network password, so make sure you have it avail.
• Ensure your internet is working properly, I Router and Modem will solve most Wi-Fi i
• Do not place your wireless router in a cabinet, as it may impact Wi-Fi signal strength.
• Some Wi-Fi issues may be improved by connecting the included HDMI extender.
• Remove other Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices from around your Fire TV. -
Use the Fire TV Mobile App to control your Fire TV. Search for “Amazon Fire TV in your preferred app store, then follow the on-screen instructions to download. Your mobile device and Fire TV need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
