WARNING
The following actions will result in the warranty being void.
- If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other than that specified on the tool.
- If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.
- Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the instruction manual.
- If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.
The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and
remedies which are available to you at law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded at law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Generally, you will be responsible for all costs associated with a claim under
this warranty, however, where you have suffered any additional direct loss as
a result of a defective product you may be able to claim such expenses by
contacting our customer service helpline above.
5 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Your Product is guaranteed for a period of 60 months from the original date of
purchase and is intended for DIY (Do It Yourself) use only. If a product is
defective it will be replaced in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
Lithium Ion batteries and chargers are covered by a 36 month warranty and are
excluded from the warranty extension. Warranty excludes consumable parts.

BATTERY & CHARGER
This tool is compatible with all batteries & chargers from the Ozito Power X
Change range.
CONNECTING ACCESSORIES
WARNING! ENSURE THE TOOL IS SWITCHED OFF AND THE BATTERY IS REMOVED BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TASKS.
Attaching Inflation Adaptors
- The inflator unit has 3 adaptors to allow a range of functions.
- Unlock the nozzle by lifting the locking lever.
- Insert the adaptor into the hose nozzle and lock by pushing down the locking lever.
Note: When not in use, the inflation adaptors can be stored in the slots on the tool.
FITTING THE BATTERY
Installing The Battery Pack
- Slide the battery into the tool base until it clicks into place.
Removing The Battery Pack
- Hold down the battery release button and then slide the battery out.
CONTROLS
Switching The Unit On/Off
- Press the manual/auto-trigger to start the inflator; the display will light up.
- Press and hold the pressure mode button for 2 seconds. The tool and display will shut off. Note: The inflator will switch off automatically after approximately 5 minutes of inactivity; the display will also power down.
Presetting The Pressure
- Press the pressure mode button to toggle between the 3 pressure units (bar, psi or kPa).
- Increase the preset pressure using the “+” button or decrease the pressure using the “-” button.
The preset pressure will be displayed on the digital display as it is adjusted.
Digital Display
The upper value on the screen shows the preset pressure.
The lower value on the screen displays the pressure of the connected item as
it is being inflated.
Note: If the connected item is already partially inflated, the existing
pressure will be registered on the display when connected.
WARNING! DO NOT LEAVE IT UNATTENDED WHILST THE TOOL IS IN OPERATION.
INFLATING OBJECTS
WARNING! DO NOT INFLATE THE OBJECT ABOVE THE RECOMMENDED INFLATION PRESSURE. THIS MAY LEAD TO DAMAGE AND/OR INJURIES.
WARNING! MAINTAIN A FIRM HOLD ON THE AIR HOSE VALVE OR ENSURE THAT THE NOZZLE/VALVE IS SECURELY ATTACHED, OTHERWISE, THE HOSE MAY BLOW OUT AND WHIP ABOUT.
Preset Inflation
The inflator can be used to inflate high-pressure items such as car and bike
tires or sporting equipment.

Attach the required inflation adaptor to the high-pressure hose and secure using the locking lever.

Insert/attach the hose adaptor to the item to be inflated.

Adjust the target pressure using the “+” and “-” pressure adjustment buttons.
Note: The required pressure should be written on the item. -
Press the manual/auto trigger to the ‘AUTO’ position to start inflating.

Once the preset pressure is reached, the
tool will automatically shut-off.
Note: For sporting equipment due to the small size and low pressure, the
inflator may automatically cut-off prior to reaching the desired pressure. In
this case, cycle the unit on and off until the required pressure is reached or
top it off with the manual mode.
Manual Mode
Manual mode is handy for short burst of inflation pressure and can be used for topping up or making slight adjustments to the inflated pressure.
- Attach the required inflation adaptor to the high pressure hose and secure using the locking lever.
- Insert / attach the hose adaptor to the item to be inflated.
- Press and hold the manual/auto trigger to the ‘MANUAL’ position to start inflating. Release the trigger to stop inflating.
TROUBLESHOOTING

MAINTENANCE
WARNING! BEFORE CLEANING OR CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE, ENSURE THAT THE BATTERIES HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
Cleaning

Keep the ventilation slots of the tool clean at all times to ensure efficient operation.

After each use, blow air through the tool housing to ensure it is free from all dust, dirt, etc. Build up of dust or dirt particles may cause the tool to
overheat and shorten the life of the tool. -
If the housing of the tool requires cleaning, do not use solvents. Use of a cloth only is recommended.

Never allow any liquid to get inside the tool, never immerse any part of the tool into liquid.
Storage
When not in use, the tool should be stored in a dry, frost free location, keep
out of children’s reach. Always disconnect the battery from the tool before
storing.
Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries
caused by repair of the tool by an unauthorised person or by mishandling.
