ATTENTION This appliance has a thermal cut-out switch. The thermal cut-
out will activate and shut down the appliance should the appliance overheat.
Unplug from the mains and or battery and allow to cool for xx minutes before
re-use.
Disconnect appliances from mains before cleaning, maintenance, or after a
thermal cut-out event.

INTENDED USE Only operates the power tool/machine for its intended
purpose and within the parameters specified in this manual.
This power tool/machine is for domestic use only. Do not use outdoors or on
wet surfaces.
This power tool/machine is not intended for use by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge
unless supervised or given appropriate instruction concerning the product’s
use by a person responsible for their safety.
GENERAL PRECAUTION Do not allow to be used as a toy.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the power
tool/machine.
If the power tool/machine is not functioning properly, has been dropped,
damaged, left outdoors, or immersed in liquid, do not use it, contact DOMU
Brands Customer Services.
Do not use the power tool/machine if any parts appear to be faulty, missing or
damaged.
Ensure all parts are securely attached before use.
RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY
Avoids body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position
before connecting to the power source and/ or battery pack, picking up or
carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch, or
energizing power tools that are switched on, invites accidents.
Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks that may ignite
dust or fumes. Always wear eye protection. Any power tool can throw foreign
objects into your eyes and cause permanent eye damage. Always wear safety
goggles (not glasses) that comply with ANSI safety standard Z87.1. Everyday
glasses have only impact-resistant lenses.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering the power
tools will increase the risk of electric shock.
Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating a
power tool/machine. Do not use a power tool/machine while you are tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention
while operating a power tool/machine may result in serious personal injury.
Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective
equipment such as dust masks, non-skid safety shoes, hard hats, or hearing
protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position
before connecting to a power source and/or battery pack, picking up or
carrying the tool.
Carrying a power tool/machine with your finger on the switch or energizing a
power tool/machine that has the switch on invites accidents. Remove any
adjusting key or spanner before turning the power tool/machine on. A spanner
or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool/machine may result
in personal injury. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all
times. This enables better control of the power tool/machine in unexpected
situations.
Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. The use of dust
collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
WORK AREA SAFETY Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark
areas invite accidents.
Do not operate power tools/machines in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools/machines create
sparks that may ignite dust or fumes.
Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool/machine.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
GENERAL POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
Do not force the power tool/machine. Use the correct power tool/machine for your application. The correct power tool/machine will do the job better and safer at the rate at which it was designed. Do not use the power tool/machine if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool/machine that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool/machine before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tool/machine tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool/machine accidentally. Store idle power tool/machine out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool/machine or these instructions to operate the power tool/machine. Power tools/machines are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Maintain power tools/machines. Check for misalignment or binding of moving
parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the power
tool/machine’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool/machines repaired
before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools/
machines.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with
sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Use the
power tool/machine accessories and tool bits in accordance with these
instructions, and take into account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool/machine for operations different from those
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Never soak or immerse electrical components or a component that has a plug
attached.
Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing. Such preventive safety measures reduce the
risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
Ensure the motor has fully stopped before cleaning, clearing a blockage,
checking, or carrying out any maintenance on the tool. Maintain your power
tool. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts,
and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If
damaged, have the power tool repaired by a qualified repair person before use.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with
sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
Regularly check external nuts and fixings to ensure vibration caused by normal
use has not begun to loosen them. Store idle power tools out of reach of
children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these
instructions to operate the Breaker. Locate the power tool out of reach of
children, in a dry, locked unit.
Make sure that the cord is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped
over, or otherwise subjected to damage or stress. Remove the plug from the
main socket/battery (where applicable) before carrying out any adjustment or
maintenance. Always store the power tool/machine in a dry place.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified service
technician. Keep the ventilation slots and motor housing as free of dirt and
dust as possible (where applicable). Clean the power tool/machine by rubbing
it with a clean cloth and blowing it clean using low-pressure compressed air
is recommended.

TABLE SAWS
Keep guards in place. Guards must be in working order and be properly mounted.
Always use saw blade guard, riving knife and anti-kickback device for every
through cutting operation. Immediately re-attach the guarding system after
completing an operation (such as rabbeting, doing or resawing cuts) which
requires removal of the guard, riving knife and/or anti kickback device.
Ensure the saw blade is not contacting the guard, riving knife or the
workpiece before the switch is turned on.
Adjust the riving knife as described in this manual.
For the riving knife and anti-kickback device to work, they must be engaged in
the workpiece.
Use the appropriate saw blade for the riving knife.
CUTTING PROCEDURE Never places your fingers or hands in the vicinity or
in line with the saw blade.
Feed the workpiece into the saw blade or cutter only against the direction of
rotation. Never use the miter gauge to feed the workpiece when ripping and do
not use the rip fence length stop when Cross-cutting with the miter gauge.
When ripping always apply the workpiece feeding force between the fence and
the saw blade. Use a push stick when the distance between the fence on the saw
blade is less than 150 mm and use a push block when the distance is less than
50mm.
Use only the push stick provided by the manufacturer or constructed in
accordance with the instructions. Never use a damaged or cut push stick. Do
not perform any operation freehand. Always use either the rip fence or the
miter gauge to position and guide the workpiece. Never reach around or over a
rotating saw blade. Provide auxiliary workpiece support to the rear and/or
sides of the saw table for long and/or wide workpieces to keep them level.
Feed the workpiece at an even pace do not bend or twist the workpiece. if
jamming occurs turn the tool off immediately and unplug the tool then unclear
the jam. Do not remove pieces of cut-off material while the saw is running.
Use auxiliary fence in contact with the tabletop when ripping workpieces less
than 2 mm thick.
KICKBACK CAUSES AND RELATED WARNINGS
Never stand directly in line with the saw blade always position your body on
the same side of the saw blade as the fence.
Never reach over or in the back of the sawblade to pull or support the
workpiece. Never hold and press the workpiece that is being cut off against
the rotating saw blade. Align the fence to be parallel with the saw blade. Use
a feather board to guide the workpiece against the table and fence when making
non-through cuts such as rabbeting, dadoing, or resawing cuts.
Use extra CAUTION when making a cut into blind areas of the assembled
workpiece that is twisted, knotted, warped or does not have a straight edge to
guide it with a miter gauge or along the fence. Never cut more than one
workpiece, stacked vertically or horizontally.
When restarting the saw with the saw blade in the workpiece, center the saw
blade in the kerf so that the saw teeth are not engaged in the material. Keep
saw blades clean, sharp, and with sufficient set. Never use warped saw blades
or saw blades with cracked or broken teeth.
TABLE SAW OPERATION WARNINGS
Turn off the table saw and disconnect the power cord when removing the table
insert, changing the saw blade or making adjustments to the riving knife,
anti-kickback device or saw blade guard, and when the machine is left
unattended.
Never leave the table saw unattended. Turn it off and don’t leave the tool
until it comes to a complete stop.
Locate the table saw in a well-lit and level area where you can maintain good
footing and balance. It should be installed in an area that provides enough
room to easily handle the size of your workpiece. Frequently clean and remove
sawdust from under the saw table and/or the dust collection device.
The table saw must be secured. Remove tools, and wood scraps from the table
before switching on. Always use saw blades with the correct size and shape
(diamond versus round) of arbor holes. Never use damaged or incorrect saw
blade mounting means such as flanges, saw blade washers, bolts, or nuts. Never
stand on the table saw, do not use it as a stepping stool. Make sure that the
saw blade is installed to rotate in the proper direction. Do not use grinding
wheels, wire brushes, or abrasive wheels on a table saw.
The rated speed of the accessory must be at least equal to the maximum speed
marked on the power tool.

ADJUSTMENTS
The tool is equipped with 4 holes to facilitate bench mounting. Use 4 bolts (not supplied) to secure the tool.
Attach the Dust Collection Bag (11) to the Dust Exhaust (10) before use to reduce dust during operation.
ASSEMBLY
Loosen the Release Handle (4) to disengage the Cutting Head from its closed/transporting position.
BEFORE USE ADJUSTMENTS
The Bevel Lock (12) is used to set the blade at the desired ‘bevel’ angle.
This can be adjusted from 0º to 45º to the left.
Loosen the lock counterclockwise and adjust the saw arm to the desired angle.
The Mitre Saw cuts from 0º to 45º both left and right. To adjust the miter angle, loosen the Mite lock (20) and lift the Mitre Latch (21) as shown above and rotate the miter to the desired position.
OPERATION
BEFORE FIRST USE
NOTE: While the machine has been factory set, it is recommended that the 0° setting of the rotary table and the 0° perpendicular setting of the tilt be checked before use.
To confirm the 90° Angle:
- Make sure that the Power Cable is removed.
- Unlock the Release Handle (4) to open the Saw Arm from the transport position.
- Check the Bevel Scale Indicator (13) angle with Set Square (not supplied). If not at 0º then adjust the tilt angle of the Mitre Saw head to the 90° position by loosening the Bevel Lock (12), adjust until positioning is correct, then re-tighten to access the Bevel Adjustment Screw (29).
- Use a 3mm hex key (not supplied) to adjust the Screw (29) and release the Mitre Saw Head to ensure the angle is correctly positioned at 0º. Secure the Bevel Adjustment Screw (29) using the nut attached.
- Return the Mitre Saw Head to the upright (90º angle) and lock into position using the Bevel Lock (12). Use a set square (not supplied) to ensure the blade is correctly set.
To confirm the 0° Rotary Table Setting:
- Push the Saw Arm (3) down to its lowest position and engage the Release Handle (4) to hold the Saw Arm in the transport position.
- Loosen the Mitre Lock (20) and lift & Hold up the Mitre Latch (21).
- Rotate the Mitre Table (16) until the pointer is positioned at 0° on the Mitre Scale Indicator (17).
- Release Mitre Latch (21) and tighten the Mitre Lock Knob (20).
- Using the 6mm Hex Key (15), loosen the two screws securing the Fence (14) to the base.
- Place a square against the Fence (14) and alongside the Blade.
- Adjust the Fence (14) until it is square with the Blade.
- Tighten the screws securing the Fence (14).
- Loosen the Phillips head screw holding the pointer of the Mitre Scale (17) and adjust it so that it accurately indicates the zero position on the Mitre Scale.
- Re-tighten the screw securing the Mitre Scale Pointer (17).
SETTING THE DEPTH
The depth of cut can be pre-set for even and repetitive shallow cuts.
- Loosen the Trenching Depth Lock Nut (27) to free the Trenching Depth Adjustment Screw (25). Using a Philips head screwdriver (not supplied), loosen the stop knob and slide forward to allow the Trenching Depth Lock Nut (27) to engage. Adjust until the Saw head is pushed down and the teeth of the Blade are at the desired level.
- While holding the upper arm in that position, tighten the Lock Nut (27) to secure the stop knob.
- Re-check the Blade depth by moving the cutting head front to back through the full motion of a typical cut along the control arm.
CROSSCUT
If possible, always use a clamping device such as the Clamp Adjusters to
secure your workpiece.
When cutting your workpiece, keep your hands well away from the Blade area.
Do not remove a cut-off piece on the right-hand side of the Blade using your
left hand.
A cross-cut is made by cutting across the grain of the workpiece. A 90° Cross
Cut is made with the Mitre Table set at 0°. Mitre cross cuts are made with the
table set at some angle other than zero.
- Pull-on the Release Handle (4) and lift the Saw Arm (3) to its full height.
- Loosen the Mitre Lock (20) and lift up the Mitre Latch (21) .
- Rotate the Mitre Table (16) until the pointer aligns with the desired angle.
- Release Mitre Latch (21) and re-tighten the Mitre Lock (20).
- Place the workpiece flat on the table with one edge securely against the Fence (14). If the board is warped, place the convex side against the Fence (14). If the concave side is placed against the Fence, the board could break and jam the Blade.
- When cutting long pieces of timber, support the opposite end of the timber with side support bars, a roller stand, or a work surface that is level with the saw table.
- Before turning on the saw, perform a dry run of the cutting operation to check that there are no problems such as a clamp interfering with the cutting action.
- Hold the Operating Handle (5) firmly and squeeze the Switch Trigger (19). Allow the Blade to reach maximum speed and slowly lower the blade into and through the workpiece.
- Release the Switch Trigger (19) and allow the saw blade to stop rotating before raising the Blade out of the workpiece. Wait until the Blade stops before removing the workpiece.
BEVEL CUT
A bevel cut is made by cutting across the grain of the workpiece with the blade angled to the Fence and Mitre Table is set at the zero degrees position and the Blade set at an angle between 0°and 45°.

Pull-on the Release Handle (4) and lift the Saw Arm to its full height.

Loosen the Mitre Lock (20) and lift up the Mitre Latch (21).

Rotate the Mitre Table (16) until the pointer aligns with zero on the Mitre Scale (17).

Release Mitre Latch (21) and re-tighten the Mitre Lock (20).

Loosen the Bevel Lock (12) and move the Saw Arm (3) to the left to the desired bevel angle (between 0°and 45°). Tighten the Bevel Lock (12).

Place the workpiece flat on the table with one edge securely against the Fence (14).
NOTE: If the board is warped, place the convex side against the Fence. If the concave side is placed against the Fence, the board could break and jam the Blade. -

COMPOUND MITRE CUT
Do not remove a cut-off piece on the right-hand side of the Blade using your
left hand.
A compound miter cut involves using a miter angle and a bevel angle at the
same time. It is used in making picture frames, cutting moldings, making boxes
with sloping sides, and roof framing. Always make a test cut on a piece of
scrap wood.
- Pull-on the Release Handle (4) and lift the Saw Arm to its full height.
- Loosen the Mitre Lock (20) and lift up the Mitre Latch (21).
- Rotate the Mitre Table (16) until the pointer aligns with the desired angle on the Mitre Scale (17).
- Release Mitre Latch (21) and re-tighten the Mitre Lock (20).
- Loosen the Bevel Lock (12) and move the Saw Arm (3) to the left to the desired bevel angle (between 0°and 45°). Tighten the Bevel Lock (12).
- Place the workpiece flat on the table with one edge securely against the Fence (14). If the board is warped, place the convex side against the Fence. If the concave side is placed against the Fence, the board could break and jam the Blade.
- When cutting long pieces of timber, support the opposite end of the timber with the side support bars, a roller stand, or a work surface that is level with the saw table.

- Hold the Operating Handle (3) and firmly squeeze the Switch Trigger (19). Allow the Blade to reach maximum speed and slowly lower the blade into and through the workpiece.
- Release the Switch Trigger (19) and allow the saw blade to stop rotating before raising the Blade out of the workpiece. Wait until the Blade stops before removing the workpiece.
To slide cut wide boards, Unlock the slide lock (24) and allow the cutting head assembly to move freely.
OPERATION
To turn on the Saw, move the Switch Lock (33) to the left before depressing
and holding the Switch Trigger (19).
To turn the Saw off, simply release the Switch Trigger (19).
CHANGING THE SAW BLADE

Pull the Release Handle (4) and lift to position the Saw Blade.

Remove both screws as shown in (Fig 1).
-
Lower the Saw Arm (3) and Lift the Rotating Blade Guard (8). (Fig 2).
-
Hold the Rotating Blade Guard (8) up and press the Spindle Lock Button (22). Rotate the Blade until the spindle locks.

Use the Hex Key (15) and loosen in a clockwise direction as the Blade screw has a left-hand thread. (Fig 3).
-
Remove the Blade Bolt, Outer Blade Washer, and Saw Blade (Fig 4).
-
Wipe a drop of oil onto the Inner Blade Washer and the Outer Blade Washer where they contact the Saw Blade.
-
Fit the new Saw Blade onto the spindle taking care that the Inner Blade washer sits behind the Saw Blade.
NOTE: Ensure the Saw Blade is facing the correct direction. -
Replace the Outer Blade Washer.

Press the Spindle Lock Button (22) and replace the Flat Washer and Blade Bolt.
-
Use the Hex Key (15) to tighten the Blade bolt securely (tighten in an anti-clockwise direction).
-
Lower the Blade Guard back to its position and reinsert both screws.
-
Connect to a suitable outlet, operate the saw to, and run the Blade to make certain that it is operating correctly.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Wear safety glasses and a mask for protection whilst cleaning
the Mitre Saw.
For optimum use, regularly check to see if any dust or foreign matter has
entered the ventilation slots near the motor and surrounding Switch Trigger
(19). Use a soft-bristled brush or compressed air if required.
Clean around the Guard and check operation is correct.
If the body of the tool needs cleaning, wipe it with a soft damp cloth. A mild
detergent can be used but do not use alcohol, petrol or other cleaning agents,
and never use caustic agents on plastic parts.
Lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals.
DISPOSAL INFORMATION Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with
your local authority for recycling advice.
