Product Usage Instructions:

Remote Controller Battery Installation:

1. Unscrew the battery cover with a Phillips head screwdriver.
2. Install 2 AAA (LR03) 1.5V alkaline batteries with correct polarity.
3. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.
4. If the LED on the remote controller does not turn on or the vehicle does not respond well, replace the batteries.

Charging the Vehicle:

1. Switch off the vehicle by sliding the power switch to OFF (O/ ).
2. Connect the charge cord to the vehicle’s charge port and plug the other end into a 5V/1A USB power adapter.
3. The red LED on the vehicle indicates it is charging; it will turn green when fully charged.
4. Unplug the charge cord when charging is complete; wait for the battery to cool down before recharging.

Pairing the Remote Controller and Vehicle:

1. Switch on the vehicle by sliding the power switch to ON (I).
2. Move the remote controller’s driving control joystick to pair it with the vehicle.
3. The pairing is complete when the remote controller’s LED changes to solid red.

Steering Alignment:

1. Check the vehicle’s steering alignment by driving it forward to ensure it moves straight.
2. If it steers to the right/left, press the alignment button in the opposite direction until it runs straight.

SET UP

REMOTE CONTROLLER BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. Unscrew the battery cover with a Phillips head screwdriver (not included).
2. Install 2 AAA (LR03) 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included) with polarity (+/-) as shown inside the battery compartment. For longer life, use alkaline batteries.
3. Replace battery cover and tighten screw.
4. Replace batteries in the remote controller if the LED on the remote controller does not go on or if the vehicle does not respond well after a recharge.

CHARGING THE VEHICLE

The vehicle is powered by a permanently installed Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery, and it must be fully charged before first use.

1. Switch off the vehicle by sliding the power switch to OFF (O/ ).
2. Connect one end of the charge cord to the vehicle’s charge port and plug the other end in to a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included).
3. Charging will begin when the cord is connected. A red LED on the vehicle will be on as the vehicle is charging.
4. The LED will turn green but remain on for a while when the vehicle is fully charged. Unplug the charge cord when charging is complete. A full charge will usually take approximately 30 minutes. Charging time may vary.
5. Recharge the vehicle when it begins to respond slowly.

NOTE: Power switch must be in the OFF (O/ ) position when charging the vehicle.

TIP: The battery will be hot after play. Wait at least 10 to 15 minutes until the battery cools down before recharging the vehicle.

PAIRING THE REMOTE CONTROLLER AND VEHICLE

1. Slide the power switch to ON (I) on the vehicle.
2. Push the remote controller’s driving control joystick forward/backward after switching on the vehicle.
3. Pairing is complete when the remote controller’s LED changes from flashing red to solid red.

NOTE: If the vehicle does not respond to the remote controller after pairing, switch the vehicle off then back on to try pairing again or replace the batteries in the remote controller if the batteries are drained.
TIP: The vehicle will go into sleep mode if left idle for approximately 5 minutes to preserve battery life. To resume normal play, slide the vehicle’s power switch to OFF then ON, and then pair the vehicle and remote controller again.

STEERING ALIGNMENT

1. Check the vehicle’s steering alignment before playing by driving it forward to see if it is driving straight.
2. If the vehicle automatically steers toward the right/left, press the alignment button in the opposite direction a few times until it runs in a straight line.
