Download App Software
Step1: Use your phone to scan the QR code below or search “DoHomeStrip” in
iPhone APP Store or Google Play Store to download and install the App.
Step2: After successfully downloading the APP, you need to turn on the
Bluetooth function on your phone first, then plug in the strip light, launch
the DoHomeStrip App, your APP will pair with the strip light automatically and
you can control it.
Unable to Connect Troubleshooting
- When adding a new device, click on the top corner device list to refresh the device.
- Check if the power supply of the light strip is normal.
- Check if the Bluetooth is turn on.
- Check if there are other mobile phones are connected, Bluetooth 4.0 only supports connections one to many, does not support many to many.
- Check the APP Bluetooth settings if the phone can’t connect to the device, if unable to connect, please exit the APP and reopen, then the APP will automatically paired the light strip.
- During normal operations and unable to connect, please exit the APP and reopen it.
- Exit APP, restart mobile phone, then power on the strip light, reopen the APP, then them will connect automatically.
Attentions
- Please use the product in a dry environment.
- Unauthorized disassembly of any parts is forbidden.
- Don’t use in enclosed space, ensure good heat dissipation and air circulation.
