• Do not fill press body beyond the fill line. Overfilling can lead to spills, scalding and burning. Water will rise when plunger is inserted. Overfilling can lead to spills and scalding.

• Always use press on dry, flat, stable surface and grip the body firmly. Pressing plunger when unstable, or pushing too forcefully, can cause hot liquids to spill.
  Hot liquids can cause scalding.

• Always hold lid securely in place using a cool portion of the lid when straining or pouring. Unsecured lids can lead to spills, scalding and burning.

• When filled with hot liquid, keep out of reach of chi Id ren. Hot I lqu Ids can ca use scatding.

• Always allow unit to cool before cleaning or handling. Handling press when hot can lead to scalds and burns.

• Do not drink directly from the coffee press. Doing so may cause burns or scalds.

• Do not use on stovetop, in microwave, or oven. Doing so wlll damage the appliance.

• Do not use with warm milk products or baby food. This will minimize bacterial growth.

For best results

• To brew coffee:
  • Add approximately 2 tbsp(35oz/10g)  use water at a full boil.
  • Stir gently to distribute the coffee grounds in the water.
  • Let stand for 4 to 6 minutes
  • Insert plunger and slowly push plunger down to bottom of press body.
  Always use on a dry, flat, stable surface and grip the press handle firmly when pressing.
  • Leave plunger in place while pouring coffee into cups (not included).
  • Your stainless steel plunger can be disassembled for cleaning. Twist the base clockwise to remove, counterclockwise to re-attach.

Caring for product

• Wash all components thoroughly before first use.

  • Do not wash in commercial-strength appliances or on high heat settings.

  • Do not use dlshwashing detergents that contain high levels of chlorlne or bromide. This can lead to vacuum failure and reduced thermal performance.
  • Dishwashing may age the appearance of your item faster than hand washing. If preserving the finish of any paint and artwork on your item is Important to you, we recommend hand washing.

• Hand wash instructions
  • Use mild detergent and warm water
  • To remove stubbom stains soak overnight with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Remove lid during soak to ensure pressure does not build up.
  • Do not use bleach or cleansers containing clorine to clean.
