Start-up and operation

Warning

• Only operate the product from an approved socket that is connected to the public power supply.The socket must be installed close to the product and must be easily accessible.
• Disconnect the product from the power supply using the On/Off switch –ifthis is not available, unplug the power cord from the socket.
• If using amulti-socket power strip, make surethat the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the power strip’s maximum throughput rating.
• If you will not be using the product for a prolonged period, disconnect it from mains power.
• The cameracan only be supplied with power via USB.
• For USB operation, connect amicro-USB cable (included in the scope of delivery) with the micro-USB socket and asuitable USB power supply unit (included in the scope of delivery). Connect the power supply unit to asocket. Only operate the product from asocket that has been approved for the device. The socket must be installed close to the product and must be easily accessible. Be awarethat, if using aUSB power supply,no batteries must be inserted.

• Download the Hama Smart Home (Solution) APP from the Apple App StoreorGoogle Play Store.
• Open the Hama Smart Home (Solution) APP.
• The first time you use the app, you need to register and create a new account. If you already have an account, log in with your access details.
• Follow the instructions in the app.

Note: Pairing restart Press the Reset button on the back for approx. 5seconds until a signal sound is heard. As soon as the LED starts to flash red, you can start further pairing attempts.

Care and maintenance

Note: Disconnect the product from the mains before cleaning and during prolonged periods of non-use.

• Only clean this product using alint-free, slightly damp cloth and do not use any harsh cleaners.
• Ensurethat no water is able to enter the product.
