Product Overview

The smart device terminal BA8300 face recognition access control is developed by Aratek, which integrates face recognition, fingerprint recognition, fever detection, and access control solution together. It’s equipped with a high dynamic range camera that can support live facial recognition powered by the Aratek algorithm. It is widely used in communities, schools, banks, and the government as gate control and time & attendance.

Features

Multi-modal recognition
Binocular live face recognition, IC card verification, QR code recognition, fingerprint recognition multimodal recognition methods.
Multiple scenes
It’s widely used in communities, schools, hospitals, airports, trains station, etc.
HD wide dynamic camera
The built-in 2M camera with a wide dynamic range of up to 105dB can capture clear facial images under strong light, backlight, dark light, and other environments to achieve rapid face recognition.
Binocular live detection
Built-in visible light and infrared dual cameras can automatically complete hardware live detection, effectively rejecting non-living attacks such as photos and videos.

Warranty

Warranty: valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover product damage caused by the following situations: Warranty sticker damaged.
Accident, misuse, mishandling, negligence, alteration, and modification. Substitution of any of the components or parts or any attempts at internal adjustments. Any form of tampering by unauthorized/unskilled service personnel. Loss of components or accessories, viruses, natural calamities, and overvoltage of electricity.

Notices

To ensure your safe and efficient use of this product, please read the following precautions first:

  1. Do not store equipment in overheated places. High temperatures shorten the life of electronic devices and deform or melt some plastic parts.
  2. Do not store the equipment in an overcooled place. When the equipment temperature rises to normal temperature, moisture will form inside and destroy the circuit board.
  3. Please open the device according to the instructions in this manual, and do not try any other methods.
  4. Do not throw and knock equipment. It can avoid equipment internal circuit boards is destroyed.
  5. Do not use strong chemicals, or detergents to clean equipment.
  6. The increasing electromagnetic interference, sometimes it may cause abnormal operations. Please turn it off and restart it to normal.
  7. If the device is not used for a long time, please turn off the power.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is  encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
    To comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 20cm must be maintained between the user’s body and the device, including the antenna.
