Operation
Connect via Bluetooth®
- Slide the power switch on to turn the keyboard on. The Bluetooth LED indicator will light up blue for 3 seconds. Press the Pair button and the LED indicator will flash blue, indicating it is ready to pair.
- Select the correct Operating System (OS) by referring to below:
- For iOS: Press the Fn and Q button
- For Android: Press the Fn and W button
- For Windows: Press the Fn and E button
- On your device, look for “BAUHN AFKBT-0422” and connect.
- Once the connection is successful, the LED indicator will stop flashing and turn off.
Charging the Keyboard
- When the keyboard is low on battery, the battery LED indicator will flash red indicating it needs to be charged.
- Connect the supplied USB cable to the USB charging port on the keyboard and the other end to a power source. The battery LED indicator will light up red during charging and will turn off once fully charged.
Touchpad functions
- Note: touchpad functions are not compatible with iOS and Android operating systems.

**** Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to Bluetooth
- Select the correct Operating System (OS) · The keyboard will automatically go into standby mode if Bluetooth is not paired. Press the Pair button to connect.
- Check that the device’s Bluetooth is on.
Keyboard not working
- Check that the power switch is on.
- The keyboard will automatically go into standby mode after 10 minutes of no operation. Press any key and the keyboard will turn back on.
- Slide the power switch to Off and slide back to On to restart the keyboard.
- Check that the device’s Bluetooth is on and paired with the keyboard.

General Safety Warnings

Installation and Location
Location: Make sure the location for the product is well ventilated, away from
damp and cold, protected from overheating and away from direct sunlight, away

Heat: Do not place the product set near heat sources (eg. radiators,
stoves, electrical equipment, amplifiers).
Water: Do not place containers with liquids (eg. vases) or with small
metallic objects on top of the product.
Fire: Do not place any naked flame sources (eg. lit candles, cigarettes)
on the product.
Batteries: When removing or replacing batteries, make sure to keep them
out of reach of infants and children. Seek medical attention immediately if a
child has swallowed a battery. Please dispose of batteries responsibly by
recycling at your nearest recycling center.
Children: Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with the
product.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug or turn off the product before cleaning it.
Cleaning: Only use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning the product; do not use a
damp cloth. Never clean with industrial-strength polish, wax, benzene, paint
thinner, air freshener, lubricant, detergent, or other chemicals. Wipe off any
moisture, dirt, or dust on the power plug pins with a clean, dry cloth.
