Operation & Charging
Connect to your smart phone
- The earbuds will automatically power on and you will hear “power on” once taken out from the charging case. The LED indicators will flash red and blue.
- On your smart phone, look for “AMPDQ-1222-E” and connect. The LED indicators will flash blue once pairing is successful
Operation
- Tap the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call. Tap twice to end the call. To reject an incoming call, tap the multifunction button twice.
- Tap and hold the multifunction button to command Siri or Google Assistance.
- Tap the multifunction button on the left earbud to decrease volume, the right earbud to increase volume.
- Tap the multifunction button twice on either earbud to play/pause music.
- Tap the multifunction button three times on the left earbud to play the previous track, the right earbud to play the next track.
- Press and hold the multifunction button to turn off the earbuds. The LED indicator will turn off and you will hear “power off”.
- The earbuds will automatically turn off once placed inside the charging case.
Charging your earbuds
- Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring that the charging points of the earbuds are touching the charging points of the charging case. A full charge will take approximately 2 hours.
- During charging, the charging LED indicators on the charging case will light up according to the % charged (25/50/75/100% – all 4 indicators lighting up indicates earbuds are at 100% battery).
Charging your charging case
- Connect the supplied Micro USB cable to the Micro USB port of the charging case and the other end to your power source. When charging, the charging LED indicators on the charging case will light up according to the % charged (25/50/75/100%).
- A full charge will take approximately 2 hours and all 4 LED indicators will turn light up once fully charged.
Troubleshooting
Cannot hear audio through earbuds
| • Ensure the earbuds are paired with your smart
phone, the LED indicators should flash blue.
• Increase the volume.
• Power off your earbuds then power them on and pair with your smart phone again.

Charging case not charging earbuds
| • Ensure the charging case has sufficient battery. If not,
please connect to a power source.
• Ensure the earbuds are correctly placed inside and the charging points are in contact.
Mic not working
| • Only one (left/right) earbud’s microphone will work. Try the other (left/right) earbud’s microphone.
• Power off only on (left/right) earbud to use the other (left/right) earbud’s microphone.

General Safety Warnings

This product complies with Australian Safety standard AS/NZS 62368.1 to ensure
the safety of the product. The RCM is a visible indication of a product’s
compliance with all applicable ACMA regulatory arrangements, including all
technical and record-keeping requirements
IMPORTANT
Risk of hearing damage Never place the earbuds into ears BEFORE turning them
on, as the sudden volume may be too high and could cause hearing damage. Keep
the earbuds out of ears until you have turned down the volume. Test this by
playing the music and holding the earbuds near (but not IN) your ear, as you
turn the volume down. Once the volume is turned down, you can place the
earbuds into ears and gradually increase the volume to the desired level.
Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so
ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach. To prevent
environmental factors (dampness, dust, food, liquid etc.) harming the power
bank, only use it in a well-ventilated, clean and dry environment, away from
excessive heat or moisture. Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat
sources. In case of damage, do not disassemble, repair or modify the product
yourself. Contact After Sales Support for advice on repair or replacement, or
refer servicing to qualified personnel only. Children should be supervised to
ensure they do not play with the product. Do not put any object on top of the
product. Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a
bath or sink.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety. Do not expose the product to microwaves. Clean using a dry cloth only – do not use water or chemicals. Keep the product away from oils, chemicals or any other organic liquids. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this guide.
Responsible disposal of the packaging
The packaging of your product has been selected from environmentally friendly
materials and can usually be recycled. Please ensure these are disposed of
correctly. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children, please ensure all packaging materials are out of reach and are
safely disposed of. Please recycle these materials rather than throwing them
away.
Responsible disposal of the product At the end of its working life, do not
throw this product out with your household rubbish. An environmentally
friendly method of disposal will ensure that valuable raw materials can be
recycled. Electrical and electronic items contain materials and substances
which, if handled or disposed of incorrectly, could potentially be hazardous
to the environment and human health.
