Installation and Operation Instruction

• The picture is for reference only, and ttle product is subject to practicality
• Must be charged under Adults inspection.

Battery using instructions

• Please use two pieces of 1.5VAA batteries
• Open the battery compartment cover and insert two1.5 VAAAbatt. Close the cover, Remove the battery in the same way.
• .Must use the rech reliable battery to charge.
• .Must be charged under Adul’s inspection.
• Taking out the batteries when changing
• .Ether different styles of batteries or new and old batteries cant be used together.
• .Battery poles must be connected directly.
• .The expired or used up batteries must be taken out of the car
• .Being short circuit is not allowed.

• Before the installation, make sure the Paris are complete.lf you have any questions,
• please feel free to contact us.
• Make sure every part is complete when installing and using.
• Please clean the product regularly, Do nat damage the electrical equipment

SPECIFICATION

Kind reminder

Small parts. Not suitable for children under 36 months! Products should be adult assembly! Before the assembly screw split pin and another dangerous sharp tip! Small parts in order to avoid damage and ingestion may cause choking hazard, please send small parts away from children under 3 years old! The children can not drive alone without adults,and caregivers in use process shall not be allowed to leave! After charging the storage battery by the adults, before using this product, please recharge! To prevent harm to children, please keep the packaging materials such as plastic bags away from them. Please check the product regularly to make sure that the electric wire, plugs, outer case and other parts are normal. If something is damaged, please stop using the car until it is fixed! Two AAA dry cells are for the remote controller! Use all the cells or batteries in right way! If the line with no connection Do not insert the output socket! The packaging and instructions must be retained since it contains important information!

• Do not dhive the car in the water Do not put the water or liquid on the car
• Do not drive the car in the room to protect children and furniture.
• When the battery is in low powerhe car just go forward,but not left or right
• When t can not go farther or shake you should change the new battery at once
• Please turn off the power when the car is not driven.f the car is not drivenfor a
• long time,please plug out the battery connector

Kind reminder for charging:

• Make sure the battery has been charged over 18hours before the frst use.
• Connect the charger connector to the battery connector then insert the charger on the plug.
• After using 1 hour you should charge in time.lt takes 8 to 12 hours to charge normally
• Do not charge over 20 hours. ltis normal to have some heat for the charger and battery when tis charging.(when 60 C)
• In order to protect charger battery and circuit, please use the special charger and
• battery from ourfactory
• The connecting terminal can not be a short circuit.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
• Make the battery charge once a month at least when the car is not driven for long time.
• Charge the battery by the adut
• Chargers and battery maintenance
• Taking away the seat first.and unscrewing the battery cover finally get out of or put in the battery.and then screwing the battery cover, finally put the seat as well as screwing the bolt.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Adjust the front axle
   • After the adjustment, insert a 5″12MM screw into the hole at the joint of the steering disc and lock it with M5 locknut to ensure that the steering joint can rotate easily from left to right (Referring to Picture 1)
2. Install the rear axle
   • Place the rear axle components on the car body make the rear axle symmetrical on both sides. (Notes:the rear axle total length:726 mm) (Refering to Picture 2)
3. Install the front wheel
   • Install L drive motor into left front axel, R drive motor into the right front axel ,then install the front wheel into the front axel.
   • Put one washer on the outside of the front wheel and tight with one M10 locking nut.
   • Put the wheel cover aim at the wheel and tight with wheel. (Referring to Picture
4. Install the rear wheel
   • lnstal L drive motor into left rear axel, R drive motor into the right rear axel (Notes: Rear drive motor does not have motor protection cover).
   • First install the two rear drive wheels on both sides of the rear axle,put one washer on the outside of the rear wheel on the left and right, finally tight with one M10 locking nut.
   • Put the wheel cover aim at the wheel and tight with wheel.(Refering to Picture 4)
5. Install the steering wheel
   • Firstly connect the steering wheel wire to dashboard Wire.
   • Then insert steering wheel into the dashboard hole position ,align the steering rod hole with the steering wheel hole, insert ¢5 35mm bolt and tight with nut. (Refering to Picture5)
6. Install the front windshield and trunk floor
   •  Install the front windshield into the card slot of the car body, and then use two M4 12mm screws to tight it. (Referring Picture6)
7. Install the seat
   • Put the seat backrest into the trunk bottom plate
   • Then put the seat into the seat backrest,and finally use two 4*12mm screws to tight it. (Referring Picture7)
8. install the guide base
   • First insert the guide base into the car body then install the guide base.
   • Finally use four 4 14mm screws to tight it. (Referring Picture8)
9. Power connection
   • Firstly open the hood ,connect the power plug-in,and turn on the power switch on the dashboard,then power up. (Referring to Picture9)
10. Charging indication
    •  When the power display shows less than two, which means the battery is lower power. Pls charge the battery
    •  In the charging mode ,the car is in the charging protection device. The car won’t be start. If the charger is removed from the charging socket ,the car becomes normal mode.=
11. dashboard indication
    •  Power key Switch
    • Turn on power key switch ,the light will be bright and there is an engine sound.
    • Dashboard equipped with music function and it can connect cellphone, adjust the volume , power display, etc.
    •  Steering wheel-The steering wheel equipped with music and horn, Children can adjust by themselves.
    • .Double drive/Four drive coversion switch
    •  Can switch double drive/four drive mode,four drive mode has strong power
    • This car has RC priority function.
    • Switch of lighting system
    •  Lights can be turned on and off
    •  High-low speed switch -When manual for driving, Children can adjust the speed by themself.
    • Go forward/ Stop/ Back forward switch-When manual for driving, children can control to go forward or backward when they step on the foot pedal. (Refering to Picture10)

Troubleshooting

KIND OF  REMIDER

• Before the first use, make sure the battery has been charged over 18hours, otherwise, it will be damaged forever.
• Do not drive the car on the slipped street,road,slop and other dangerous places.
• Do not drive the car on the smooth surface, such as marble and floor tile. The car is just for only one person.
• Do not be overweight. The maximum load is 30kg
• Do not transfer the swtch “go forward” to “go back’ during the advance
•  Do not change the line and charged device model. Keep the remote and remote control car far away from the rain,the wet thing and fire in order that the circuit is not damaged.
• When the car meets some obstacle, it will stop. The car wl Imove again when the obstacle is moved.

FAULT  AND SOLUTIONS

REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS

For the first time need to code , this product has a memory function, and replacement battery next time.you don not need to match the code once again.

•  Long press “M” button for more than three seconds,until the first LED lights flash.
• 0pen body power first a long bright LED turns on the success of the code.
• Remote control 10 seconds without operating an automatic standby press any key to wake up.
• Key Description: “A Forward, “V Back, “<Left “DRight, “speed, “PStop
• Press the “S” key to set the speed, a light is low, two lights for medium-speed, three lights for high-speed,the car back with only medium-speed
• Press the “P” key to keep the brakes, the indicator full flash. press the brake button again to lift the brake.
• Note:the remote control should be used by adults, and children don’t touch it.
