BOSKA Pizza Baker BBQ Mini
OVERVIEW
INSTALLATION & USE
- Start the barbecue grill and allow it to reach a temperature of at least 250 °C/482°F.
- Place the lid on the pizza stone and put the en-tire Pizza Baker BBQ Mini on the barbecue grill. Avoid placing the coals directly under the Piz-za Baker as much as possible. Instead, the coals should be behind or next to it. This allows for per-fect heat distribution over the Pizza Baker.
- Allow the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini to preheat for at least 10 minutes.
- Slide the mini pizza onto the pizza stone. This should be done via the opening between the lid and the stone, without lifting the lid in order to prevent heat from escaping.
- If this is not possible, then lift the lid as quic-kly as possible, slide the pizza onto the stone and close the Pizza Baker again. Note: the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini parts are hot!
- If the barbecue has a lid, close it to create ad-ditional top heat.
- Follow the recipe provided. Keep an eye on the pizza until it is cooked.
- Remove the pizza from the oven stone (also be careful handling the hot lid!) and cut the pizza on a cutting board into the desired number of pieces.
Tips for the perfect crispy crust:
- Is the top of the pizza cooking faster than the bottom? Then move a few of the coals directly underneath the Pizza Baker.
- Is the bottom of the pizza cooking faster than the top? Then remove some of the coals from directly under the Pizza Baker.
WARNING
- The Pizza Baker BBQ Mini is only intended for use on barbecue grills. Use on other heat sources could cause damage to the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini and/or the heat source.
- The pizza stone has a diameter of 7.48 inches/19 cm and is therefore only intended for baking piz-zas with a maximum diameter of 5.51 inches/14 cm.
- Make sure the pizza stone is completely preheated before placing an unbaked pizza on top. If the preheating step is omitted, the pizza will stick to the stone and it will be difficult to remove.
- Make sure the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini is always in a stable position. Ensure that it is placed on a flat barbecue grill.
- To prevent damage to the Pizza Baker, do not cut the pizza on the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini.
- Do not allow children to use the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini.
- Make sure that no flammable materials and/or items that could melt (cloths, paper, plastic, etc.) are near the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini while it is in use/still hot.
- Every part of the set becomes extremely hot du-ring use. Always wear oven mitts. Before touching the parts, allow them to cool completely before handling.
- Improper use of the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini could cause physical injury. Every part of the Pizza Baker BBQ Mini can get very hot!
