INSTALLATION & USE
The porcelain dish and lid must be cleaned before the Cheese Baker is used for the first time. Place the Cheese baker in the oven (or microwave) without the base and lid, following the recipe provided.
- use the oven method
WARNING
- The porcelain dish is only intended for use in the oven or microwave, up to a maximum temperature of 250 °C/482 °F. The dish could crack and/or break if used on any other type of heat source.
- If hot, only place the porcelain dish on the cast-iron base provided; this will avoid any damage to the surface under the base.
- Make sure that the Cheese Baker is always stable by placing it on a flat surface.
- Make sure that there are no flammable and/or fusible materials (cloth, paper or plastic, etc.) near the Cheese Baker when it is in use or is still hot.
- Never allow children to use the Cheese Baker.
- To avoid dangerous situations, never leave a tea light unattended. This is dangerous!
- Every part of the set becomes extremely hot during use. After use, wait for the set to cool down completely before touching it or putting it away.
- Do not move the set if the tea light is still burning or the candle wax is liquid.
- Porcelain is a strong, but brittle material. Always handle with care.
- Incorrect use of this set may cause serious physical injury: every part of this set and its contents can get very hot!
- Incorrect use of this set could result in a fire and/or serious fire damage.
- Do not attempt to move the Cheese Baker during use. This could scratch your table or any other surface on which you are using the Cheese Baker.
- Never light the tea light under an empty Cheese Baker. Without contents, the baking dish will crack and/or break.

CLEANING
- Clean the cast-iron base by wiping it down with a damp cloth. The base should not be immersed in water or any other liquid and is not dishwasher safe.
- The baking dish and lid may be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Leaving the baking dish to soak in cold water for an hour makes cleaning easier.
- Never clean with a hard-bristle brush, abrasive materials, baking soda or disinfecting or corrosive cleaning agents.
- See www.boska.com for handy tips on how to use your set and keep it in the very best condition.

At BOSKA we make Food Tools for Life and we believe quality is
sustainability. Our goal is to design products that last a lifetime. It all
began near Gouda, in Holland, where blacksmith Willem Bos made his first cheese
tools for the local farmers. From that day on it’s been our family’s tradition
to create fun & smart tools so you can enjoy cheese, chocolate, pizza and more
to the fullest. We love it! So whether you’re cutting, slicing, grating,
grilling or melting, we’ll help you create mouthwatering food and a party on
your table. Enjoy!
