Product Information

Thank you for purchasing Binoculares Vanguard. Please read the instructions carefully to use the equipment properly. Different models may have variations, so not all features may be present in your binoculars.
Warning: Never look directly at the sun through your binoculars as it can seriously damage your eyes.

Description

  • A: Visor
  • B: Anillo de dioptria (diopter ring)
  • C: Rueda de enfoque (focus wheel)
  • D: Cilindro principal (main cylinder)
  • E: Lente objetivo (objective lens)

Usage Instructions

  • Focus: For central focus, close your right eye and look through the left eyepiece of the binoculars with your left eye. Turn the central focus wheel until the image you see appears sharply focused. Then close your left eye and look through the right eyepiece with your right eye.

  • Uniform diopter ring: Adjust the diopter ring to match the vision of your eyes while focusing on a distant object. The diopter ring is located on the right eyepiece and can be adjusted by rotating it. Once set, it does not need to be adjusted again unless someone else uses the binoculars.

  • Eyecup: If you do not wear glasses, keep the eyecup in the extended or up position as indicated. People who wear glasses should fold down the soft rubber of the eyecup as indicated. If you wear glasses, adjust the eyecups to the lowest position. If you do not wear glasses, adjust the eyecups to the highest position. Adjusting the eyecups to an appropriate height will ensure that you can see the entire field of view. If you see a shadow around the edges, adjust the height of the eyecup until the shadow disappears.

  • Accessories: Neck strap and carrying case

How to attach the neck strap:

  1. Locate the two small rings on either side of the binoculars.
  2. Thread one end of the neck strap through one of the rings and tie a knot to secure it.
  3. Repeat step 2 for the other end of the neck strap and the other ring.
  4. Adjust the length of the neck strap to your liking.

Thank you for purchasing a VANGUARD binocular. In order to use the equipment properly, please thoroughly read the instructions accompanying the product for its correct operation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BINOCULARS MAY NOT HAVE ALL OF THE FEATURES DESCRIBED BELOW AS THEY DO VARY FROM MODEL TO MODEL!
